First unclip rear lid trim (top) -1- from rear lid from the side using removal lever arrows A-. Then unclip trim (top) from rear lid using removal lever arrows B- and detach. Installing Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following: Note If there are still trim clips -2- in the rear lid mounting points, they must be removed and inserted in the trim when installing. Check the clips for damage or deformation and renew them if necessary. Check that all rubber buffers -1- are fitted in trim. Remove luggage compartment light Electrical system; Rep. gr.96. Remove trim for rear lid lock. Remove tail light covers. Remove bolts -1- and -2-. Release clips on rear lid trim (bottom) -3- using removal lever and carefully unclip rear lid trim (bottom) from rear lid -arrows A, B-. Reach in between trim and rear lid and disengage the remaining clips -arrows C-. Detach rear lid trim (bottom). Installing Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following: Note If there are still trim clips -2- in the rear lid mounting points, they must be removed and inserted in the trim when installing. Check the clips for damage or deformation and renew them if necessary. Check that all rubber buffers -5- are fitted vw-wi://rl/a.en-gb.a00.5a50.39.wi:: xml?xsl=3
