In the front there is the adjustable (pull-out) drawbar with the slewable towing eye, that can be mounted to the tractor s towing plate.

4 4 The machine was designed for spraying horticultural plantations (wineyard, orchard). The chassis consists of welded hollow section and plate to which the running gear with adjustable track-gauge is mounted with bolts. In the front there is the adjustable (pull-out) drawbar with the slewable towing eye, that can be mounted to the tractor s towing plate. In the front of the chassis an adjustable staddle is placed that can be fixed in a turned up position during run. On the longitudinal beam of the chassis lays the spray tank fixed with belts. Behind the spray tank there is the axial fan. The designed spray tank, the rinsing water tank and the clean water tank are all made of polyethylene. Fig. 2: Rinsing water tank Fig. 3: Clean water tank For the collection of the rough impurities there is a strainer in the opening lid of the spray tank. The homogeneity of the spray mixture is ensured by an agitator equipment with injectors.

There are two reducing valves on the sprayer to prevent the pressure changing when turning the spray sides ON or OFF. The machine is produced with axial fans with 30000, 40000, 60000 or 80000 m 3 /h nominal output. On both sides there are 7 pieces of multi-head nozzles. Fig.

The individual nozzle that is turned to the side of the spraying operates. The multi-head nozzles can be shut off by turning them 90 o.

Fig. 12: Multi-head nozzle In the multi-head nozzles there are two different type and sized individual nozzles built that can be switched by the turning of the multi-head nozzle. The individual nozzle that is turned to the side of the spraying operates. The multi-head nozzles can be shut off by turning them 90 o. On one side of the multi-head nozzles, there can be ALBUZ type nozzles with cores with or without central bore and ceramic tips. 7 Fig. 13: Nozzle 1 On the other side for the low volume spraying, there are also ALBUZ ATR type nozzles with turbulence chamber. Fig. 14: Nozzle 2 The sprayed liquid dispensed and disintegrated by the nozzles is carried to the plants by the air flow of the fan. The sprayer can optionally be mounted with infrared or ultrasound foliage sensor too.

10 10 The sprayer is equipped with safety pictograms on the sprayer and an operating manual in the language of the country which contains additional safety instructions. The sprayer is provided with a CE-symbol and a vehicle identification plate. The CEsymbol indicates that product meets the requirements defined by the respective EC-regulations and that the supplier has carried through the procedures provided for obtaining conformity. The CE-symbol is put on the sprayer by the manufacturer. The manufacturer confirms that this sprayer was designed and constructed according to the harmonised ECregulation 2006/42/EC and that the standard MSZ EN ISO :2010 (EN ISO :2009) is met. Explanation on testing Testing takes place according to a procedure which was developed by the competent testing authorities of the European countries participating in ENTAM. This procedure is based on the CEN standard EN Agricultural and forestry machinery Plant protection equipment for the application of plant protection products and liquid fertilisers. The tests were conducted according to the Technical Instructions (TI) for ENTAM-Tests of Air Assisted Sprayers (Rel. 3). This test is only a technical performance test which takes place without an accompanying field test. The test results apply only to the tested appurtenances of the sprayer. Statements on the behaviour of the sprayer with different appurtenances cannot be derived from these results.
