1 Mounting omponents Mounting omponents Y mounting components are used to mount all types of hydropneumatic accumulators safely and simply, regardless of the mounting position. Our wide range includes suitable mounting components for every type of static hydropneumatic accumulator. unction Mounting components are used primarily for the following: to fix the accumulator into its position to carry the weight of the accumulator to counteract the forces exerted by the hydraulic lines Types Y offers three styles of clamps: yrac Regular uty (S) eavy uty (SS) dditionally, for larger accumulators, Y offers: ase rackets (KK & KMS) Mounting Sets (S) Refer to the illustrations and photos to the right. onstruction They are constructed out of zincplated steel with a stainless steel strap (depending on style), utilizing a rubber insert to absorb vibration. The yrac and regular duty have a one piece construction with center adjustment. onversely, the heavy duty clamps have a two piece construction. This allows for easy installation and removal while improving the strength to weight ratio. Y also offers base brackets for larger accumulators for proper support and isolation from system vibrations. The brackets incorporate a rubber support ring for this reason. ll mounting components can be easily bolted to your system. pplication guides are provided on the following pages to easily match the appropriate mounting components with Y accumulators.
