3 THE HISTORY Of STRABAG PROPERTY AND FACILITY SERVICES Sp. Z O.O. More than 10 years experience on the polish market 1999 Bau Holding Strabag AG started with new services: technical management, technical consulting and administration and established a new company Facility Management Polska Sp. z o.o Facility Management Polska Sp. z o.o. changed the name to STRABAG Facility Management Sp. z o.o. and started with the infrastructural services: cleaning and security (licence) 2008 STRABAG bought DeTeImmobilien one of Germany's biggest real estate service providers (15.4 million m² of managed net floor area and 35,000 properties). January 2009 making use of the experience and know-how of the company in Germany, STRABAG Property and Facility Services Sp. z o.o. launched into a new service: Real Estate management services April 2010 STRABAG Facility Management Sp. z o.o. changed the name to STRABAG Property and Facility Services Sp. z o.o.
