Lugs cover the flooring on both sides and can be adapted to the respective flooring. 4 Threshold assembly HST 20 a Cut the door frame to size. Note the calculation of the cutting dimension. Model HST 20: Leaf and fixed part 9 mm above OFF. Frame 1 mm shorter than leaf or 10 mm above OFF. Model HST 20/1: Leaf and fixed part 19.6 mm above OFF. Frame 0.8 mm shorter than leaf or 20.4 mm above OFF. b Fasten aluminium flat threshold with thermal separation with chipboard screws 6 x 80 mm, sufficiently firmly to the upright architrave profiles. a Door frame c d e Cut the aluminum roller guide with the countersunk bores Ø 4.5 mm to length, push it into the thermal break and drill the flat threshold by Ø 2.5 mm. Tighten the carriage rail using 4.2 x 13 mm stainless steel screws. Plastic profiles for masonry sealing Window screws (Spax) 6 x 80 mm f f g Attach the sealing cushion for leaf entry at the frame. 5 Adaptor assembly and fixed leaf installation Ø 5,55.5 mm Marking outer edge Ø 6.5 Ø 6,5 mm Pre-drill the one-piece plastic adaptor with extruded sealing lips and tighten it using 4.2 x 70 mm screws at the fixed leaf. Pre-drill the fixing bores of the fixed leaf with a distance of 350 mm through the adapter and the threshold with Ø 6.5 mm. Adjust and fix the fixed leaf into the frame. When adjusting the fixed leaf on the threshold, note the sliding leaf dimension. Complete profile for adjustment (not included in delivery) Tighten the fixed leaf with Ø 6 mm screws to the threshold at the bottom. Subject to technical change 5

6 Sliding leaf & sealing cushion Sliding leaf assembly Plastic roller support 21 x 17 mm (Must be adapted, system-dependent, to profile and fittings) Engage and glue the aluminum sealing holder into the groove (length of the magnet holder = leaf width). EPDM sealing with non-slip adhesion. Carriage and fittings assembly according to the fittings manufacturers instructions. Sealing cushion assembly Door closed Door open 6,2 6,2 10,2 Apply adhesive to the sealing cushion and fix it per view on page 7 below the fixed leaf on the threshold. 10,2 Neatly trim the sealing cushion here. Important note on handle drill holes: Depending on the thickness of the plastic roller support and profile system, the handle drill holes will shift down by the thickness of the roller support. We therefore recommend that you drill the holes for the handle only after you determine the thickness of the roller support. The standard drill holes should not be regarded as universally valid. 6 June 2015
