GmbH, the youngest member of the PARTZSCH group, has been focused on the development, construction, calculation and distribution of electric machines since February With its specialisation in the manufacturing of winding components for electric motors and generators with outputs up to approx. 8 MW, the company must be considered one of the most innovative in the electrical engineering industry. is specialised in the following four main fields of business: Manufacture of magnetic circuits for gearless wind power generators Production of machine components Manufacture of components for textile machines Manufacture of gearless lift drives When it comes to machining, the full spectrum of CNC manufacturing is covered, up to and including complex welded constructions. Professional project management is also guaranteed with regard to service, maintenance and repairs for electric machines. In addition, individual components are manufactured to the highest technical standards quality and precision made in Germany, at home in the heart of Saxony. Through the acquisition of Mechanik Leisnig GmbH with its more than 100 years of manufacturing experience, the company took a further step towards becoming a global full service supplier of electric machines and drives. In combination with current product developments, the extended product portfolio opens the door to new options of incomparable benefit to our customers. 2 3

3 Our machinery base Our wind power generators are insulated by way of vacuum-pressure impregnation (VPI), with subsequent curing in a drying oven under continued rotation. Our machinery is optimally matched to the manufacture of generators. The dimensions of a few machines and apparatus are specified below: Impregnation reservoir (W x D): 5,200 mm x 2,100 mm Drying oven (W x H x D): 5,500 mm x 6,000 mm x 4,500 mm To be able to manufacture the coils in our own production, the following machines and systems constitute a complete manufacturing line: Spreading machines Coil winding machines and Taping machines Crane bridges and various lifting tackle are provided for in-house transport: 2 x 32 t crane bridges 2 x 36 t crane bridges These generators are manufactured as a single complete project, including the core stack, which here consists of laminated segments, the winding and the impregnation, as well as testing and packaging. The hall dimensions and the load-bearing capacities of the crane systems are matched to the exceptional dimensions of these generators. 4 5

4 PARTZSCH drives you upwards. Swiss Traction Germany GmbH was founded as an independent company in 2005 and has been dealing with the development, production and distribution of gearless drives for passenger and cargo lifts. Since 1 November 2017, the production of these drives has been continued by GmbH under the name Swiss Traction Germany. The development, manufacturing and distribution of permanent-magnet synchronous drives will thus be continued purposefully in the future and further adapted to market developments. Their range of useful load lies between 300 kg and 13,000 kg for different speeds and suspension variants.
