2 Bonacin Electric Case Clamp Bonacin is a producer of high technology electro mechanical case clamps. Bonacin utilizes a patented travel design with reinforced steel belts and powerful gear motors to PULL the box closed. The design is quiet, simple, yet powerful. Bonacin offer three model designs, a front load semi automatic, a front load pass thru and a feed thru automatic clamp. Parallelism - The Bonacin Series has three 40mm (1.57 ) diameter hardened guides that keep the vertical and horizontal pressing frames in true parallel with the opposing machined reference of the clamp. Powerful - The Bonacin Series patented Traveler System uses high tech steel reinforced tooth belts to PULL the box closed with over 4880 lbs for a standard base cabinet. Speed - The Bonacin Series travels from minimum to the maximum opening in 12 seconds. Up to 7 times faster than screw clamps! Rigidity - The Bonacin Series has a continuous integrated top platen, superior to interlock systems which depend only on the strength of individual bars. This ensures a flat, even pressing surface to close all joints tightly the first time. Small boxes can be clamped in the front instead of having to be placed in the center (front to back) as required by screw clamps. 2

5 The Bonacin Advantage Closing force is by gearbox and steel reinforced tooth belt with dual pressing frames (horizontal and vertical). Belts are warranted for two years! Patented double pulley traveler system. This traveler system quadruples motor power and transfers it to the pressing frame to ensure square closing of boxes with multiple fixed shelves. Power is adjustable to both horizontal and vertical pressers. This system is superior to pneumatic cylinders as Bonicin allows precise pressure regulation. It is faster than screw systems.
