Missler bandsaws are equipped with Autoregulation as a standard - The box type machine construction consisting of two strongly reinforced pillars and a sturdy machine base assures extreme machine rigidity while providing guarding for the saw head. - The saw head center of gravity is located on the axis of the hydraulic cylinder for precise movement of the saw head. Any interfering load on the sliding components causing instability is detrimental to blade feed regulation and prevented. 4 that have been developed since 1983! 1983 The System 9000 automatically adapts the blade feed speed to the cutting speed selected by means of a single control. Blade driven by standard hollow shaft helical gearbox via frequency controlled drive motor thus preventing excessive side loading of the gearbox by the tensioned blade Sensorcut: measures the opposing blade force and automatically adjusts the blade feed according to those forces and the width of material to cut. Torque Control: automatically limits the blade feed in relation to the cutting effort, by instantaneous measure / adjustment to the hydraulic circuit. MISSLER coins the term AUTOREGULATION. The term comprises the three systems for controlling blade feed and managing cutting speed conditions. System 9000, Sensorcut, Torque Control Jet Cleaner Device used for cleaning blade with jet of coolant that can be used in conjunction with the powered wire brush. Jet Cleaner actively contributes to improved blade life and assists in structural cutting applications when the blade coolant is shut off at the beginning of the cut. New geometric design of the series deb - A high strength machine base stabilizes the entire machine for superior rigidity. - Bundle clamping device incorporates stroke equa to the machine capacity. Automatic Trim Cut Operator loads bar stock into machine and initiates automatic cycle. Bar feed positions material until saw head LASER beam detects bar end. Missler bandsaws incorporate program that automatically shuts the machine down when the blade is worn out. Function controlled by Autoregulation which senses cutting time increase as proportional to blade wear. (Standard on machines equipped with Compucut or CNC.) Blade wheels are mounted between two ball bearings creating improved blade stability. Design improves life of wheel bearings and blade wheels, Blade tensioning cylinder mounted on centerline of band wheels in both "X" and "Y".
