1 Model A -oor Sedan The Model A was designed to replace the very successful ord Model T series of automobiles. espite the fact that the Model A ord was released just as the United States entered the Great epression the Model A is considered one of the most economically successful automobile designs of all time. The Model A was produced in several forms including roadster, coupe, door sedan, door sedan, pick-up and sedan delivery to name only a few! The Model A was one of the most versatile automobile designs of all time. The Minicraft Model A Tudor Sedan represents the two door sedan appeared in. This kit offers excellent detail in / scale, with a flat-head cylinder engine, opening doors, detailed interior, original style spoke wheels with real rubber tires and a fully detailed chassis with pose-able steering. 4 BOR BGNNNG ASSMBLY Your MNRAT model contains a wealth of highly detailed parts. Please take a moment to read the instruction sheet to become familiar with the parts before beginning assembly. Be sure to test the fit of all parts before gluing. Remove the plating from the 'chromed' parts in the areas where glue will be applied. Assemble two front wheels by placing rivet through hub, then gently tapping the rivet into part G().

9 heck assembly for freedom of movement Assemble Right and Left sides of hood as shown. o not allow cement to enter the holes in hinges (/). o not allow cement into the holes in parts. ement () to () and hinges () (/). Place (do not cement) () and () into the hinge holes. ement handles () in place. Shorten one end of hinge pins (x) to dimensions shown using wire cutter or pliers. Glue hinge pins into parts (/) as shown. t is recommended to use epoxy glue for additional strength. When thoroughly dry, glue in place as shown. Glue interior door panels (/0) in place and attach hardware (/). arefully glue window panels () in place. Note you may elect to omit windows for a "rolled-down" effect. /" (mm) Shorten one end of hinge pins to dimensions shown. Glue into position as shown. 10 0 arefully cement hinge pins on engine hood to body. When cement is dry, check hood and doors for freedom of movement. ement hub cap (0) in place on spare tire. Place or glue optional spare tire to fender well. (Refer to step 0 for optional rear spare mounting). Sanding may be required to fit tire and wheel into fender wheel well. OPTONAL 0 0 G AL 0 0 Glue headlight lenses () to mount (0), then glue assembly to fenders. Glue remaining trim pieces in place as shown. 11 Your Minicraft model includes high-quality waterslide decals. These decals adhere best to a glossy surface; and it is recommended that you apply a clear gloss coat over your painted model. Use a sharp scissors or knife to cut individual decals from the carrier sheet. o not cut into the clear film surrounding the individual decals. * t is recommended that you apply one decal at a time. * Place the decal section in warm water, when first inserted in the water your decal will curl, after approximately ten seconds the decal will uncurl. Remove from water and lay on a paper towel. After approximately 0-0 seconds the decal will slide freely from the backing paper. Use a small brush to help slide the decal from the backing paper and into position on the model. arefully blot excess water from the decal, using care not to move the decal or tear it. * f you choose to use a setting solution, apply a thin coat over the decal following the manufacturer s instruction. * Allow the decal to dry overnight. Wash any adhesive residue off the model with a small amount of clean water and dry thoroughly. * Apply clear gloss, matte or flat coat to seal decals following the instructions from the manufacturer.
