The box way slide design guarantees persistent, quality result every time; the gear driven spindle produces massive amount of torque which provides steady heavy machining performance. Hwacheon's Jacket Circulation cooling method limits thermal displacement and the proprietary il-jet technology cools the bearings directly in a fast spinning spindle to increase the life of the bearings and the moving parts. 5 Heavy Duty Machining 5 Box Way Design To limit friction and to increase accurate table feed, the box way design has been used to all axes. The Y-axis slide way has been widened to enhance the support capacity and decrease friction. Precision craping With Hwacheon's 60 years of workmanship, the IRIU-650 boxed ways are scraped to perfection. Precision scraping helps absorb vibration during machining and provide smooth movement and highly precise machining results. pindle Gear Driven The auto-shifting gear spindle delivers high torque cutting performance at extra low speed; while providing excellent performance at high speed operation. HTDC (HDC + HFDC) Hwacheon Thermal Displacement Control ystem (HDC + HFDC) HTDC integrates the Hwacheon pindle Displacement Control system and the Frame Displacement Control ystem. HFDC Hwacheon Frame Displacement Control ystem HFDC is equipped with highly sensitive thermal sensors located at various locations where thermal activity is suspected; monitoring and correcting displacement. HDC Hwacheon pindle Displacement Control ystem When the spindle rotates at high speed, the centrifugal force drives the taper to expand, causing errors in Z axis. HDC constantly monitors the temperature at each spindle region and makes optimal prediction for thermal displacement. The system provides a precise, custom contour control for the selected workpiece, while prolonging the life of the machine and decreasing process time. The customizable display provides real-time monitoring and quick access. Program offers different options for different cutting speed and accuracy for roughness and shapes.
