3 1.0 Replacement Parts Service AmTrade Systems proudly offers replacement parts for a range of Schröter machines and equipment, whether a stock machine or custom setup, we offer parts that best optimize operation, performance, and reliability. Please use this catalog as a reference for finding the correct part name and number. Many parts have a new 9-digit identification number that should be used when ordering; for your convenience previous parts numbers have been included as a cross reference. If you need a part that is not listed please contact for assistance. 1.1 Orders, Shipping, & Payment Policies All orders must be submitted in writing with purchase order by at parts@amtrade-systems.com or by fax at Please be sure to include part name, number, and quantity on all submissions. AmTrade Systems strives to maintain a large parts inventory to provide quick order fulfillment. In the case of special order or out of stock parts a longer fulfillment time should be expected. Shipping services are provided through UPS and shipped Ground, 2 nd Day Air, or Next Day Air depending on customer requirement. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and due upon receipt. Customers may choose to use their own UPS account number and order will be shipped UPS collect. All payments are due upon receipt. Any questions on order policies can be directed towards the parts department by or phone at Return Goods Policy If any parts need to be returned please contact the parts department in advance of returning. If the order was in error by AmTrade Systems the shipping and restocking fees will not apply to the customer. In the event an order error by the customer a 20% restocking fee on inventory parts applies, a 30% restocking fee on special order parts applies, and customer responsibility of all shipping charges. If parts are determined to be defective please contact the parts department for resolution.
