2 2016 EXMARK FLEET PROGRAMS MINI FLEET PROGRAM TO QUALIFY: 1) Customer must purchase minimum of (7) points on one purchase order, to one customer. Qualifying units and their respective fleet points by model number are listed on the 2016 Exmark Program list Quest and Pioneer units are not eligible for mini-fleet purchase 2) Equipment should be delivered within 30 days of purchase order. 3) Qualifying Exmark mowers and mini fleet prices are listed on the 2016 Exmark price page. GROW TO FLEET PROGRAM: The mini-fleet customer will have the opportunity to grow to full fleet status if they purchase additional Exmark equipment equal to a minimum of 12 points within (3) months of their qualifying mini-fleet purchase date. The date of their 12th point purchase will be the start of their full-fleet status. At that point they will be eligible to purchase Exmark equipment at fleet pricing for a period of 2 years and will follow the same renewal process laid forth in the Sales program. FLEET PROGRAM TO QUALIFY: 1) Customer must purchase minimum of (12) points on one purchase order, to one customer. Qualifying Exmark mowers and Turf Management units are listed by their respective fleet points by model number on the 2016 Exmark Program list Quest and Pioneer units are not eligible for fleet purchase rebate 2) Equipment should be delivered within 30 days of purchase order. 3) Qualifying Exmark mowers and fleet prices are listed on the 2016 Exmark price page. The fleet customer is allowed to purchase additional Exmark equipment and Turf Management units (including single units) for a period of (2) years from date of fleet qualifying purchase. If the customer buys units equaling an additional (6) points within (24) months of their fleet qualifying purchase, they will get an additional (2) years as a fleet customer. Renewing fleet customer s expiration date will be based on date of the (6) point renewal purchase. SUPER FLEET PROGRAM TO QUALIFY: 1) Customer must purchase minimum of (20) points or $50,000 on one purchase order, to one customer. Qualifying Exmark mowers and Turf Management units are listed by their respective fleet points by model number on the 2016 Exmark Program list Quest and Pioneer units are not eligible for fleet purchase rebate 2) Equipment should be delivered within 30 days of purchase order. 3) Qualifying Exmark mowers and super fleet prices are listed on the 2016 Exmark price page. The Super customer is allowed to purchase additional Exmark equipment and Turf Management units (including single units) for a period of (2) years from date of fleet qualifying purchase. If the customer buys units equaling an additional (6) points within (24) months of their fleet qualifying purchase, they will get an additional (2) years as a fleet customer. Renewing fleet customer s expiration date will be based on date of the (6) point renewal purchase. INCENTIVES: Exmark Service Kit per unit on qualifying order (value approximately $250-$500 based on model) Loyalty Bonus on trade-in units (limited to 3 units per calendar year) o $1000 on Exmark diesel units o $500 on Exmark Lazer S & X-Series and Vantage X-Series o $300 on Exmark Vantage S-Series and Turf Tracer X-Series o $250 on Exmark Turf Tracer S-Series
