2 Hot Line Marine Heated Food Storage Counters are designed for the storage of pre-cooked foods. The Hot Line Marine unit is fi nished both externally and internally in stainless steel. The 50 mm insulation used within the unit is HCFC CFC free polyurethane. Bain Marie (BM) basins edges are rounded. The water outlet valve is at the bottom of the machine. The optional cabinet doors drawer modules are all sized to accepted GN1/1 or smaller containers. This also includes the Bain Marie where selected. Both the drawer as well as the H frames used within the Bain Marie are easily removed for cleaning and do not require the use of tools to remove or to re-locate. The counter which is warm air circulated, is enhanced by internal fans. The Hot Line comes complete with a 2m electrical connection cable + factory three pin electrical plug.
