21 DTCO 1381 Release 1.4 Hardware / Mechanical changes Hardware changes Release 1.4 compared to Release 1.3a platform: DTCO Release 1.4 will be based on the existing and reliable Release 1.3 Hardware platform. The only hardware change for Release 1.4 is the Display module: This is caused by Annex 1b change which requires new language code pages.
