2 Product description Wide angle nozzles are ventilation end elements that are used for the distribution of inlet air at large distances. The flow direction of the inlet air is not only dependent on the temperature difference between the inlet air and ambient air, but also on outside influences, for instance on the local flow. As long as the optimum distribution of air in the heating, ventilation, and cooling systems must be adjusted, it will be necessary to also change the outlet direction of the air supplied. WWD-V (adjustable) The adjustable nozzles can be set manually or automatically using a final control element. For easy installation, fixed nozzles will also be produced, or in other words these nozzles cannot be altered regarding their flow direction. The fixed type WWD-S consists of an outlet nozzle. The adjustable type WWD-V with a manual adjustment consists of a ball-shaped outlet nozzle that is enclosed in a round frame. The WWD-VM, which is also of the adjustable type, is additionally equipped with a final control element mounted to the adapter base. The exhaust direction of inlet air can be manually adjusted by +/-30 to any direction concerning the nozzles WWD-V. Concerning the nozzles WWD-VM the exhaust direction of air can be adjusted automatically by a final control element within a range of +/-30 along one axis. The nozzles WWD-V, which can be adjusted by hand, will be attached in the same way. The fixed type and the manually adjustable type nozzles have holes for mounting. Nozzles with a final control element adjustment WWD-VM will be supplied with connexion elements into which the final control elements are installed.
