2 1 CUBOGAS Numbers UNITS INSTALLED YEARS OF 80+ EXPERIENCE The Company Cubogas s.r.l., a subsidiary of Snam4Mobility, is a leading international operator in methane gas refuelling solutions for transportation. The company is based in Cherasco, in Piedmont, and operates across the Italian and international markets as Cubogas, Compressors or Fuel Maker. It has over 50 years experience and has built more than 3,000 stations all over the world. Cubogas s.r.l. has also incorporated maintenance engineering company M.T.M s design, development and production activities dedicated to technological solutions for natural gas refuelling stations. These assets were acquired by Snam4Mobility in July Snam4Mobility, which is 100% controlled by Snam, seeks to promote the growth of Italy s natural gas for transport distribution network, both investing directly in the network and supporting other operators willing to invest autonomously. The objective is to facilitate the development of refuelling infrastructure and create a more balanced distribution across the Italian regions, whilst improving the quality of the service provided to users. Snam is the leading gas utility in Europe. Founded in 1941, for over 75 years it has been building and managing sustainable and technologically advanced infrastructures to guarantee energy security.

CUBOGAS installed approximately 400 compressors in the last 5 years, about 2,600 in previous years. Assuming that 50% of them is still active, meaning 1,700 compressors currently working, and reckoning that we would have been informed of all problems arose from the 400 compressors recently sold, as well as the 20% of previously installed compressors still active (260), we calculated a MTBF of 3,010 days, equivalent to 1 problem every 8 years per compressor. Our compressors expected life is at least years with proper maintenance. MTTR (Mean Time to Repair): At the same time, CUBOGAS also recorded the total time of stoppage of the 80 interventions happened during year 2016: total time hours. From this value, considering 80 unexpected interventions, we calculated a MTTR of 4.6 hours per intervention. All supporting documentation and evidence is available upon request. CUBOGAS differentiates itself from competitors for the highest levels of reliability proved by MTBF and MTTR performance indicators.
