4 New Truck Package (cont.) CountryMark will reimburse up to $5,000 in actual costs per truck for the above-mentioned work. In addition to the above mentioned work, CountryMark will supply up to 2 Country- Mark mud flaps for single axle trucks, up to 4 CountryMark mud flaps for tandems and up to 6 CountryMark mud flaps for transports. Buyout/Merger Package For trucks acquired through a buyout or a merger, CountryMark s truck imaging package will include: Decal graphics ordered through CountryMark. Actual costs related to preparatory and decal installation work. Preparatory work may include painting, body work and/or aluminum tank cleaning and polishing, as well as providing a protective clear coat to the imaged tankwagon or trailer. Pre-approved CountryMark contractors must be used. CountryMark will reimburse up to $5,000 in actual costs per truck for the above-mentioned work. In addition to the above mentioned work, CountryMark will supply up to 2 Country- Mark mud flaps for single axle trucks and up to 4 CountryMark mud flaps for tandems and up to 6 CountryMark mud flaps for transports. Refresh Package For trucks with decals that are at least 5 years old and are in need of replacement, Country- Mark s truck imaging package will include: CountryMark will reimburse 50% of the following expenses per truck for the following work: Decal graphics ordered through CountryMark Actual costs related to preparatory and decal installation work. Preparatory work may include painting, body work and/or aluminum tank cleaning and polishing, as well as providing a protective coat to the imaged trailer. Pre-approved CountryMark contractors must be used. In addition to the above mentioned work, CountryMark will supply up to 2 CountryMark mud flaps for single axle trucks, up to 4 CountryMark mud flaps for tandems and up to 6 CountryMark mud flaps for transports. 5 Ordering Graphics As soon as trucks are ordered or purchased, or a decision has been made to refresh a decal package, contact CountryMark Brand Manager Belinda Puetz at or belinda. puetz@countrymark.com. Truck graphics will be produced and shipped within 7 business days of a Member order. Ordering Mud Flaps To receive CountryMark branded mud flaps, complete the order form below and send to CountryMark Energy Equipment Specialist Dale Stapleton at or dale.stapleton@countrymark.com. Size Quan ty of mud flaps requested 24 x x x 36 List company name, contact person and shipping address: Preparing Trucks for Decals To prepare a painted tankwagon or transport for a professional, long-las ng decal applica on, begin with a quality paint job. Poor quality paint work will lead to decal peeling. Aluminum tankwagons or transports must be clean and dry before decals are applied. If there are shadows in the aluminum, have those shadows buffed or polished out. Bring fuel trucks in for imaging work with the fuel tank as close to empty as possible. PAGE 10

6 Decal Warranty CountryMark s tankwagon and transport decal graphics package is made exclusively of 3M materials. Cardinal red, white and black glossy decals are used to build the CountryMark decal graphic package. When installed according to 3M procedures, 3M warrants these top-of-the-line graphics for color retention and adhesion for 7 years. Decal Maintenance Once the tankwagon and/or transport have been decaled, the following recommendations will maintain that professional new truck look: Wipe up fuel spills as quickly as possible. Wash as needed. Try to avoid water jets that come at the decals from an angle. This could cause the decals to peel. Mechanical cleaners (brushes, etc.) are not a problem. Wax periodically. Never use a steam cleaner. Oxidation Oxidation will occur on aluminum tankwagons and transports that have not been clear coated. Oxidation is a chemical reaction that causes discoloration to the metal. You may see what appears to be bleeding or running from behind the decal, lights or ladders on the aluminum tank. (See photo.) To eliminate the discoloration associated with oxidation, aluminum tank manufacturers recommend the following: Acid wash twice a year with TCI 503. Do NOT use a sulfuric acid it will turn the tank white. Or clear coat the tank after the decals have been installed and when the tank is clean and free of oxidation marks. PAGE 11

7 Chassis Paint Color Requirements When ordering painted tankwagons and/or cabs, select a color that will complement your decal package. CountryMark recommends Kenworth Viper Red or White or International Standard Red or White. If ordered from another truck vendor, ask the vendor to find a color most similar to the two previously mentioned. If ordering red paint, CountryMark recommends DuPont paint code L3781 Imron 6000 or DuPont paint code Procedures for payment CountryMark Members will pay all truck imaging costs and will request reimbursement from CountryMark in the amount equal to the imaging expenses, but capped at $5,000 per new or buyout truck. For refreshed trucks, Members will request reimbursement from CountryMark for 50% of the imaging expenses. Member invoices should include a separate line item for each truck imaged and the associated costs related to imaging each truck. CountryMark requests that copies of related receipts be attached to Member invoices seeking reimbursement. All invoices must be submitted in the same calendar year in which the work is completed. Submit invoices to CountryMark Brand Manager Belinda Puetz. Retiring Branded Tankwagons and Transports When CountryMark branded fuel or lubricant trucks are retired or sold, CountryMark requires that the trucks be de-branded. CountryMark will reimburse Members for actual costs up to $600 per truck to have brand images removed before the vehicle are retired. Brand Stewardship CountryMark fuels stand for quality, performance, reliability and dependability. The fuel delivery trucks you manage or drive are a very visible image of CountryMark branded fuels to fuel buying customers, as well as prospects. Take pride in your equipment and your fleet! Does your truck or fleet represent everything you want the customer to see in your cooperative and the fuels you deliver? Your fuels are different like none other in the marketplace! Make sure your equipment and your fleet reflect that as well! Does your equipment get washed and waxed as needed? Are decals on the truck peeling? If so, re-order decals! You are a rolling billboard for CountryMark branded fuels and your Member Co-op! Maintain the highest level of professional image and appearance!
