Starting out with the idea of car wash convenience for all our customers at their doorsteps, eliminating time and petrol spent at petrol kiosks waiting for a wash. We wash, you relax. Allowing you to use this extra time to spend with your loved ones or doing your hobbies! Why your specialist and not my maid or the cleaner who washes cars at HDBs? With our waterless product and dedicated specialist, your vehicle gets the full love package- cleaned, waxed, elegance and gleaming pride. How do I know if my vehicle has been washed? We would leave a push notification to you hand phone via our APP. When are your washes carried out? They will be carried out every Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays. Car washes will start anywhere 2100hrs 0000hrs.

2 Please park your vehicle within your estate s allocated lots between 2100hrs to 0000hrs for our crew to conduct the washing. When I sign up for a package, do you always have to clean that same vehicle? Yes, each package is applicable to only one vehicle. For multiple vehicles, please sign up for an additional package for every additional vehicle. Do I have to be there when my vehicle is being washed? No. As our services are applicable only to the exterior of your vehicle, there is no need for you to be there. We wash, you relax. Do you provide one time services? Yes, as our packages are created to bring car washing convenience for all our customers, One-Time wash is also included in our service packages Are your services available to Everyone or only selected Residential Areas? Our services are only available within selected residential areas. This is for us to honor our commitment of punctuality and professionalism to our customers. 3 What happens if EWash damages my vehicle? Our staffs are highly trained and 100% care will be taken to treat your beloved possession as our own. However, the car wash service is provided at the owner s own risk. For further details please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Products and Services What does your routine car wash consist of? Cleaning of vehicle s external body followed by its rims and a complementary tire shine Why Waterless? With EWash s waterless solution, our eco-friendly, biodegradable, non-toxic solution leaves your vehicle with a Waxy finish, Glossy shine and protective coating. Please refer to our Waterless Work page for more info. Will using Waterless scratch my vehicle s finish? No, our products will not scratch your vehicle s finish. Our product helps lift the dirt and suspend it from the vehicle s finish. A layer of polymers will remain on the vehicle s body after we wipe away the contaminants, leaving a waxy finish. What kind of cloths are used?

4 We use a microfiber cloth because of the tiny scoops each towel has in its strands. These safely encapsulate dirt and prevent scratching/marring when we wipe the vehicle down. Will the cloths be dirty after washing numerous cars? No, this is because we ensure that each vehicle is cleaned with a new set of cloth. Missed Appointments/Bad Weather Would I get any refunds if I miss the timings for the car wash? As mentioned in our T&Cs, your vehicle has to be parked within your estate s allocated lots between 2100hrs and 0000hrs for cleaning to be conducted that day. Hence no refunds would be made beyond those timings. After a heavy downpour, how effective is your product on my vehicle? Effectiveness of our product would not be affected as we would give your car a wipe down with a clean dry microfiber cloth before we start cleaning. What happens if your service is unavailable due to bad weather?

5 Please ensure that your vehicle is parked in its underground carpark for the wash to be conducted that day. If however your vehicle was parked on an above carpark and the weather was not suitable for a wash to be conducted, we would refund the remaining credits to you. Payment Modes What are your payment modes? We accept Credit card online payment How do I pay with my Debit/Credit Card? Once you have selected your desired package, upon proceeding to the checkout, you will be directed to the payment page, please key in your credit card no. full name, expire date(format: MMYY) and your CVV. Upon successful payment, a payment record would be generated in you APP, as well as work sheet are put in schedule. Is it safe to pay with my Debit/Credit Card? All card payments are managed by BrainTree(Paypal) who is a reputable third party payment gateway and can be considered safe. They adhere to the strictest international on-line security protocol and no card information is stored or shared with us.
