2 David Bates is a terrible scam artist with a huge track record of shady deals involving check fraud, social security theft, and doing things like this to pretty much any business he works at. Just Google his name from Oak Creek and you will see plenty of people confirming my claims. Defently a dead beat of society. I smell karma. I've know Tyler since '01 and he's always been a good guy. Easy to deal with and friendly. When he opened Extreme in the small town of Wautoma I was happy to give his business a shot. He has never disappointed me in any of it dealings. He is the sole place I get tires now. I spend a couple thousand dollars a year in tires used to always have to shop around for the best deal. Now when someone tell me they found a good deal on tires I ask them if they checked with Extreme and when they do, most of the time they end up getting their tires from them. There are better deals out there sometimes, but not often. As a matter of fact I'm ordering a set of 9r22.5 for my 57 F500, and once again they've beaten all the prices I've been able to find without me even telling them the prices I've found. Sure, sometimes things don't get done right to begin with but based on my experience with these guys, I highly doubt the events or results are as described by the OP. That being said go back and look at his video, he says that the truck was delivered to him by extreme customs. How many of us would except delivery of a truck with the steering wheel cocked 45 degrees to the left and not asked some very serious questions? This is gonna get interesting. On the website he made it says that the steering wheel problem didn't surface until the next day, if I read it correctly. Seems like there are slight discrepancies between the story on his website and the story he presented here. Like saying he drove it two hours home here on the forums but the website he made says it was delivered. Interesting indeed. 7 Owner's Reply Good morning FTE! Many of you don't know me, but I started mounting/balancing/shipping wheel and tire packages out of my mom and dads garage almost 10 years ago. My team and I built EC into one of the largest wheel and tire companies online and we do several local installs almost daily. We now have over 20 people on our team and most of us are enthusiasts. Every business goes through it's ups and downs, but what is happening now to the company my team and I built is unbelievable. It's taking every ounce of my being not to start posting everything that we have to defend myself, my team and EC. However, we were advised not to post anything we have at this time. We know where the track bar was set, we have the alignment specs AND one of our team members drove the vehicle about an hour and delivered the truck back to the customer on a Friday. After the weekend, he messaged us that all that stuff happened. I can't get into much more detail on what the customer was asking for... if we didn't agree, he would put us in an "or else this will happen" situation. My team and I appreciate the people that have posted in our defense. If anyone of you ever need any wheels, tires, lift kits and/or accessories please let my team know.
