4 A.C.N Dealer Discount Structure (Wholegoods) Effective 1st January 2014 Category % Discount Base Discount Payment on Dispatch Warranty Stockist Discount 17% 5% 2% 2% Base Discount A base discount of 17% is given to all Dealers. Payment on Dispatch Discount Payment is to be received prior to goods leaving Simplicity Australia, unless otherwise negotiated. If payment is still not received within seven working days of the date of dispatch / invoice, this discount will be withdrawn and wholegoods will be re-invoiced less 5%. Warranty Discount An extra 2% discount is given when the Dealer carries the labour content of the Warranty Claim. All parts will be supplied as per the terms and conditions of the Warranty Policy and Procedures document. This document is available on request from Simplicity Australia. Stockist Discount To be entitled to this discount of 2%, an Air Seeder must be purchased and paid for in full between 1st June and 30th September of the same financial year. This extra discount will apply on all Air Seeders purchased from Simplicity Australia until 1st June the following year. If the stock Air Seeder is retailed before 30th September, then another is to be ordered for stock to retain the discount. Multi-outlet. Dealerships must have one stock machine for every two authorised outlets in order to qualify. It is requested that when a machine is ordered, it be clearly marked with Stock Machine. Simplicity Australia Tillage stockist discount is not concurrent with Air Seeders, therefore to achieve maximum discount of 26%, a Tillage Unit must be stocked within the terms listed above. Simplicity Australia Tillage will remain exempt from any Early Order Program or extra discount until further notification. 4 P age

5 Payment Terms Deposit Payments Once the Wholegoods Order Acknowledgement is signed and received, a deposit of approximately 10% (which is calculated from the recommended retail price) will be invoiced to the Dealer. The deposit is payable within seven days from the receipt of the invoice and the order is confirmed upon receiving this deposit. When a payment is made to Simplicity Australia, it is a requirement that remittance advice is either faxed or ed to inform our Accounts Department of the payment please state the amount and the Invoice Number to which the payment is being made. Payment Terms Final Payments Upon dispatch of the machine the invoice will be raised and faxed to the Dealer the same day. Payment is required as per the terms of the discount structure. It is important to note that if a cheque is going to be forwarded for the payment it has to reach Simplicity Australia within the required time frame. It is preferable to EFT the payment. When a payment is made to Simplicity Australia, it is a requirement that remittance advice is either faxed or ed to inform our Accounts Department of the payment please state the amount and the Serial Number to which the payment is being made. Dispatch Document The Dispatch Document will be sent to all Dealers with the final invoice. It details all componentry dispatched with the Air Seeder / Cultivator. This should be checked for any discrepancies and brought to Simplicity Australia s attention within the 21 day period. SPOT Bookings $5, each Simplicity Australia has a system in place in which a Dealership can book a build position in which a Seeder/Cultivator can be built. Simplicity Australia will issue a delivery date via an Order Confirmation for this booking as close as possible to the date requested. The deposit of $5, must be received by Simplicity Australia within 5 working days upon receipt of the Order Confirmation. Contained with the Order Confirmation is the date which the details are due. Upon the expiry of this date details for the Seeder build will be requested. Available as an option on smaller steerable quads (6/9/12,000 litres) where tight turning is required, a 25% tighter turning circle is achieved when compared to the standard axle. 14 4 Inlet Simplicity Diffuser ( ) $ ($220.00) each Diffusers are used to apply varying rates of product through a limited number of outlets. They are also convenient for use in row cropping for quick change from, for example, thirty-two (32) rows for winter crop to eight (8) rows for summer crop, using eight, four way diffusers. In this instance, the diffusers have four inlets and one outlet. The air and seed / fertiliser enters the diffuser through the four inlets, most of the air is released to the atmosphere through the cap and the seed / fertiliser falls to the ground at low velocity (Stainless Steel) Camlocks 3 Camlock breakaways can be purchased for an extra break away on the implement. This kit includes the 6-Bolt diverter valve and associated hydraulic fittings. Tractor Clips $2, ($3,025.00) Tractor clips are available to suit most common tractors. Tractor clips are not supplied with FM Air Seeder and need to be ordered separately. The standard tractor clip provides an approximate clearance between the ground and the underside of the front bumper of 600mm. Tractor clips plus 100mm (700mm clearance) or plus 200mm (800mm clearance) are available on request. The tractor make and model along with the clearance required, (i.e. standard, plus 100 or plus 200) must be specified at the time of ordering Jack Kit for FM Seeders ( ) $ ($770.00) Three jacks can be supplied to simplify the coupling and uncoupling of the Front Mounted Air Seeder from the front of the tractor. Kits include water/weather proof mounted on seeder display, calibration bag with in-built weigh cells and the required harness set for plugging in and using the Eagle screen at the seeder for the purpose of calibration. 20 Blower Types and Options Rexroth Blower Motor STANDARD A heavy duty hydraulic blower drive with a pressure filter and service indicator. Standard fitment on all models. It is a 12 cc hydraulic motor that requires up to 60 litres of oil per minute to achieve the maximum of 5000 RPM. Dual Blower POA In some cases where high application rates are required a dual blower option can be supplied (not easily retro fitted). Dual Blower s are not standard and only suitable when all primary lines are used with an absolute minimum of 120 outlets. Dual blower systems require a very large volume of oil to run effectively (up to 120lpm) and can in some cases have adverse effects if seeding kits are not suitable. In most cases maximum capacity can be achieved using a single blower and 8 outlet metering. The Linear system is compatible with prescription rate control Proportional Hydraulic Drive Mounted Models Ground speed related via a GPS receiver (supplied with system), this drive is used because of its ease of rate adjustment. Seeding rate can be monitored and adjusted from the tractor cabin. System has full manual over-ride and is pressure compensating Electric Drive Mounted / Non Mounted Models Ground speed related via tractor radar or sensor on wheel, each motor can draw up to 20 AMPS. This drive is used because of its ease of rate adjustment. Seeding rate can be monitored and adjusted from the tractor cabin and is GPS compatible if used with a ZYNX monitoring system Non-Ground Speed Relative Hydraulic Drive This form of hydraulic drive is the most basic form of hydraulic drive available. As the seeder itself has no electronic control and there is no relationship to ground speed. This form of drive would need to be adjusted as the viscosity of the oil changes (as it heats up). In most cases today this form of drive is unsuitable to cater for broadacre farming. If a basic application is necessary, this may be suitable, consultation with Simplicity Australia would be recommended. Drop Wheel Drive A ground speed related drive. Comprising of a small wheel connected to the seeder drive which is designed to come into contact with the ground when metering is required. 27 To Calculate the Hopper Split To help decide the split most suited to your application, pick the mixtures you are likely to require for the bulk of your planting and write down the application rates for each product. Convert this to litre (contact your product supplier to find the weight per litre of your product as different products and brands vary or alternatively weigh the product and determine its weight in grams per litre, this is also the Kg per 100L) and then add up the total litreage per hectare. Divide this into the litreage for each product and multiply by 100 to give the percentage capacity required by each product. Example: 60kg of grain is about 77 litres. 40 308 Series Allrounder Floating Hitch (NEW) For over 15 years now Simplicity has offered the 305 Series Allrounder (Tilt Controlled Hitch), in 2012 we were pleased to release our 308 Series Floating Hitch Allrounder. Building on the strengths of over two decades of hydraulic tyne experience, the new 308 Series Allrounder has been many years in the making. The 308 Series encases all the features of the renowned 305 Series but also incorporates a mechanical floating hitch. The utilisation of a floating hitch has also resulted in Simplicity s Allrounder range growing in width, now stretching out to 20m. Though we have added more wheels, in order to keep the excellent flotation the Allrounder is recognised for we haven t reduced the tyre size. The 308 series still uses large 15.5/80x24 16ply tyres in-frame, plus a row of 12.5/80x18 front tyres (larger centre tyres on 18m and above). To reduce the number of hydraulic cylinders necessary and to ensure the hydraulic system remains simple and effective the 308 Series Allrounder uses a Cam linkage assembly from the rear wheels. Each cylinder has balled ends which eliminates the possibility of tyne forces being transferred into the shaft of the cylinder causing seal damage Pins and Bushes Greaseable 4140 pins and bushes are fitted in all pivot points. The main tyne pivot has seals fitted that allow the grease to expel during greasing, but do not let the dust in. This dramatically improves grease function and prolongs pin and bush life. Tyne Breakout The tyne has an constant operating breakout of 100 pounds to 700 pounds adjustable via hydraulic pressure. The design of the tyne allows the tyne breakout to increase through a portion of the trip, but then decreases allowing the tyne to trip out without resulting damage Adjustable Tyne Depth Each tyne is vertically adjustable so as to allow depths of each tyne to be adjusted individually. The tyne shank is vertically adjustable a total of 80mm with four 20mm increments 305 Series Allrounder Frame - Standard Features The Allrounder frame is a 100 x 100mm fully welded five row RHS frame. The frame is manufactured using 9 mm wall thickness RHS for the centre section and 6mm RHS on the wings. The frame has wheels positioned through the centre to allow for increased ground following characteristics. Each frame can be fitted with 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 333mm tyne spacings. This allows for changes to be quickly and easily made to the Allrounder s tyne configuration Fore and aft leveling is easily catered for via fitted tilt cylinders. 45 Important Terminology and Abbreviations Tyne Spacing: This is the distance between each tyne centre Cut Width: This is the actual distance between the very outside tyne shanks Swath Width: This is the working width of the unit including the guess row (ie: the cut width plus the guess row) Guess Row: This is the under lap of the unit. This distance equals one row spacing Centre Section Wheel Centres: This is the distance between the implement centre section wheels. Please note that some models are available on differing centre section wheel centres. Reference to these can be found on page 5 & 6 Outer Wing Wheel Centres: These on all single fold models are on the outer edge of the frame.
