1 Poly-Stainless MP+3 Multi-Purpose Applicator Fertilize, seed or apply granular chemicals with just one applicator. Comes with three sets of Full-Rate metering wheels. Standard Equipment: 2.3 cu.ft (140 lb capacity for fertilizer at 60 lb per cu ft density /100 lbs capacity for seed and chemical) polyethylene hopper with stainless steel housing to resist corrosion. Includes u-frame mount with 1/2 pre-drilled holes and slots for mounting. Includes four full-rate black metering wheels for small seeds like alfalfa, canola and granular chemicals: four re metering wheels for small grains such as oats, wheat, rice, barley and fertilizer; four yellow hi-output fertilizer metering wheels. Operator can install from one to four outlets on a single applicator depending upon field requirements. Note: for chemical and fertilizer applications requiring less that 4 lb./acre, customer will need to order half-rate metering wheels. Product is fed under the metering wheel to dispense particles down the tube. Positive shutoff when metering stops. Speed compensated rate if ground driven Gandy ground drive or a user-made sprocket and chain drive from a parent implement shaft. Sprocket cluster package, ordered separately, sets the rates and can control several hoppers set up in line through the use of connector tubes Requires 1.5 ID tubing with hose clamps to secure tubing to outlet. 7/8 tubing with hose clamps are required when spout adapters are used.
