2 An Introduction to Simplement The Simplement System is our Patent Pending receiver/hitch unit and modular implement system. This product line was designed for use with industry standard three-point hitches and was also made adaptable for use with a skid steer quick attach equipped loader for front mounting. Specifically, the Simplement Model 321 is the first three-point to single point quick connection receiver that can bear the entire weight of the implement while allowing you to attach and detach your Non-PTO powered implements; in most cases, without leaving the tractor seat. Simplement also makes life easier for you, by not having to constantly loosen and adjust lower link arm turnbuckles every time you want to change an implement. Even when using PTO powered implements, the Simplement System still reduces connect and disconnect time by eliminating the hassle of wrestling with cumbersome implements. This results in both time savings and injury prevention, making the Simplement system a much safer and easier to use as opposed to traditional connection types. The Simplement system also offers several advantages in flexibility, such as the ability to convert most existing OEM implement designs for use with either receiver. Another industry first the Simplement system offers, is it allows box scrapers, with a width of up to 60in on Model 321., to be reversed or turned 360 degrees with 5 adjustments in both forward and rearward positions. This innovation allows the Simplement system to further increase the versatility of one of the most commonly used implements in the industry. Another advantage, is a simple, yet quick, hitch system to take advantage of Simplement Model 321 s towing capacity for the towable implements and equipment you are using. And lastly, by adding Model SSM, the Skid Steer quick attach compatible version for the front of your tractor, it gives you greater implement versatility. Model SSM offers you the ability to utilize some of the implements you would normally use on the back of your tractor, on the front allowing you even more flexibility and the convenience of maximizing the tooling you can use to get the job done. 5 Simplement Model 321 is our patent pending modular implement system. It is designed to help eliminate the hassles that come with the attachment and detachment of implements. Our current model utilizes a standard, category one, three-point hitch hookup to a single point connection. This makes the changing of cumbersome implements more efficient and less of a struggle. Simplement Model 321 can also accommodate most PTO driven implements and although it will require you to get off the tractor to hook up the shaft, at least you won t need to wrestle with lining up those regular 3-point connections. Simplement also enhances efficiency for you by not having to constantly adjust lower link arm turnbuckles every time you need to change an implement. Most other OEM implements can be made adaptable to use with Simplement receivers with some minor conversions and modifications. One stand-out feature is that it also gives you the ability to rotate and angle a box scraper up to a width of 60 or less. This offers much more versatility to this popular tool. 8 Simplement Box Scrapers are designed for maximum flexibility for when you are tackling both the simple and tough landscaping jobs. Whether you are smoothing your driveway, fixing ruts, contouring, or moving materials, our Box Scraper can make your life easier, even when pushing snow. Unlike any other box scraper, when matched with our Simplement Model 321 receiver can offer 360 degrees rotation on models up to 60 inches wide. This allows a maximum 60in. wide box scraper to be completely reversed allowing the use of the rear cutting edge to now be used as a scraper blade. It also has adjustable angles of five forward and five rearward positions of 22 degrees. Simplement box scrapers wider than 60 inches may not be able to rotate 360 degrees in Model 321, but they can still be angled, disconnected, and reconnected to reverse direction. This innovation allows the Simplement system to further increase the versatility of one of the most commonly used implements in the industry. 9 Simplement Landscape Rakes is a great tool for the clearing of dirt, rocks, fallen branches and general debris on your land or jobsite. When front mounting your Simplement rake to our Model SSM receiver, this not only adds the benefit of extended reach, it allows you to use your loaders float function (if equipped) and tilt cylinders. This allows you to lift and curl for a gentler approach in delicate clean up on the smaller or environmentally sensitive jobs. You also can apply downforce on the rake for those tough clean ups or landscaping jobs where you really need to get things moving or clean. Model 321 will accommodate a rake of up to 60 inches wide and support 360-degree rotation along with 5 forward and 5 rearward angle adjustments at 22 degrees. A wider rake may be utilized with Model 321 which will still be reversible and angled, but will not rotate 360 degrees. 10 Simplement Ripper Shank/ Sub Soilers have been designed as a multi-use tool to maximize versatility. Simplement ripper shank offers more adjustability to control depth and utilizes more of the wear parts you need for the job, including having available add on accessories all in one flexible tooling platform. Whether you are breaking some new ground, loosening compacted dirt, or trenching a water/wire line the Simplement Ripper shank is one tool you will want in your arsenal. The Simplement ripper shank comes equipped with a 1.25 thick shank with a replaceable wear bar, and is fitted with a grade 2 shear bolt to protect your Simplement receiver when encountering obstructions during use. 19 Simplement Limited Warranty Lionforge Industries Inc. warrants only to the original purchaser that the product that is the subject of this sale be free from all defects in workmanship and material at the time of sale. This warranty will begin on the original purchase date by the end user according to the following schedule when used as intended and under normal service and conditions for personal use. The purchaser is solely responsible for determining suitability of goods sold. If the equipment is used for commercial purposes, the limited Warranty period for Commercial Applications is 90 Days, and the original purchaser must make any claims within 90 days from the date of purchase. Equipment: One-year Parts and Labour (Commercial Applications 90 days) Wear Parts: Parts deemed as wear parts are not included in this warranty as they are a part of regular maintenance and service of this Lionforge Industries Inc. product. Lionforge Industries Inc. reserves the right to decide what is defined as a wear part and what is not, at any given time. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective part by Lionforge Industries Inc and the installation by the dealer of any replacement part. This warranty does not cover parts deemed as wear parts. Warranty claims must be made within 30 days from when the defect has been discovered to the original dealer of this product. Lionforge Industries Inc. reserves the right to inspect any equipment or any parts that have been claimed as defective in workmanship or material and at it s discretion may ask for the return of the equipment or parts for further analysis in which the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping related costs for items being returned. Replacement, Conversion & Repair Parts Limited Warranty: All other parts not deemed as wear parts by Lionforge Industries Inc. carry a 30-day warranty and are subject to the conditions set forth in this Limited warranty document. Warranty claims must be made and the defective part returned within 30 days from invoice date of purchase.
