8 Conclusions The benefits are depended on Transport demand forecasting model (a number of parameters are needed) Monetary values of the benefits (including VOT, VOC, accident cost and emission cost) In Thailand, the monetary values are not standardised, thus the benefits cannot compare among projects. Other values are needed, e.g. value of accessibility (increasing of land value). For long term effects, transport and land use interaction should be taken into account.
