2 IMPORTANT NOTES 1 The Auction takes place on behalf of Brian and Janet Harding, who have built up their farming and antiques trading business at Coblands Farm over the past 20 years. The extensive range of farm machinery has only been used on a relatively small area of 150 acres, but comprises an excellent range and selection of modern arable kit which has been carefully maintained, stored under cover and professionally cleaned on a regular basis. Most of the equipment has been professionally serviced by local agents with many items of equipment in near new condition reflecting the relatively small acreage owned by the vendors, with no other contractor or third party work being undertaken elsewhere. The majority of the lots in this auction are being sold on behalf of Brian and Janet Harding, but bidders will be notified of any included lots being sold on behalf of third parties. 2 Export: If any lots are to be exported outside the EU, VAT will be charged and retained by the auctioneer until a Customs Clearance note is secured. The VAT will then be refunded. If confirmation of export is not secured within 8 weeks, the VAT will be paid to the vendor and declared in the normal way. If lots are to be exported within the EU proof of VAT registration number and confirmation of port for export will be required otherwise VAT will be charged. 3 Removal of Lots: All moveable equipment not collected on the day of the sale must be collected before Saturday 13 th September 2014, but buyers must contact Brian Harding on or beforehand to arrange Telehandler loading of heavier items free of charge. Payment can be made Credit/Debit Card, but please note there will be a 2.5% charge for Credit Card payments, but no charge for Debit Cards. 8 Vehicle Documents, Hours and Mileage: Are as at the time of cataloguing. V5 documents (provided where available) will only be supplied after clearance of cheques or other payments. 9 Lot Measurements: Measurements are approximate and buyers are advised to check on them where appropriate before purchase.
