3 BR75/BRE75 The two variants of the wheel drives BR75 and BRE75 are characterized by their capability and efficiency. The synchronous motors are highly productive with impressive power density. The use of gearboxes with maximum smoothness and lifetime lubrication creates a low-wear and maintenance-free system of a wheel motor with outstanding service life. 5 BR200 With its unique short design and a diameter of only 200 mm, the BR200 is excellently suited for very tight space with only 4 kg. Nevertheless, the built-in synchronous motor is extremely powerful. With the integrated brake, larger loads can be kept safe even when de-energized. The unique compact design of this traction motor makes it ideal for implementing into shuttles applications. 9 WHEEL AND STEERING MOTOR For transport tasks with the tightest cornering, we have developed the compact drive. The drive unites a high speed with a very effective steering unit. This means that every AGV is traveling in confined spaces without pendulum movement. The built-in synchronous motors are also extremely efficient and thus significantly reduces the energy consumption. The compact drive refers to superior driving characteristics and thus a completely new driving course planning is possible.
