The DD G gauge Auction Desert Division of the Train Collectors Association is pleased to host a Special Auction. We offer the opportunity to purchase at auction, a wide variety of G gauge items.

The auction will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 in the hall of the Valley of the Shepherd Lutheran Church in central Phoenix.

3 The DD G gauge Auction Desert Division of the Train Collectors Association is pleased to host a Special Auction. We offer the opportunity to purchase at auction, a wide variety of G gauge items. These are from different consigners and offer a wide variety of locomotives, rolling stock and scenery items. The auction will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 in the hall of the Valley of the Shepherd Lutheran Church in central Phoenix. The hall will be open for viewing of all items at 9am on Saturday. The auction begins promptly at 10am and will continue until all items are sold. Items purchased will be paid for at the end of the auction. Anyone wishing to purchase from a quality assortment of trains is welcome. Only the purchase of an auction catalog is required for admission. The catalog may be purchased at the auction site. There is no buyer s premium. All items will be sold in lots as described in this catalog. Note however that a full description cannot be made here, nor is there any warranty as to the mechanical condition of any item. Buyers are strongly advised to examine each item of interest during the inspection hour or when the item is being sold. All bidders must have a bidder s card. Each successful bid will be entered into a journal kept by the Treasurer. Decisions on bidding and successful bids will be made by the auctioneer and will be final. The minimum bid increment up to $100 will be $1, over that amount it will be $5. You pay for your merchandise only at the conclusion of the auction as noted above. You will be given a printout with all your purchases and the prices paid. Your purchases will be verified and when you complete payment your purchases will be delivered to you. Items are sold as is. Although known defects will be noted by the auctioneer, you should examine all items before bidding. Purchases are final upon payment and receipt of your purchases. Any returns or adjustments are solely at the discretion of the Desert Division. + Items that are new and unused will be listed as NIB. + Items including the original box will be listed with OB.
