1 November 2015 Baltimore & Ohio Road Number B&O 490 This 70 heavyweight baggage car was part of a large fleet of head end cars owned by B&O. Built in 1924 by Pullman Standard and painted in the blue and grey scheme this car ran on 6-wheel passenger trucks. Southern Pacific Road Number SP 5130 This 70 heavyweight mail baggage car is grey with white lettering and runs on 6-wheel passenger trucks. Built in 1934 by American Car Foundry, this box car has a yellow stripe located so that it blends in with traditional equipment, with the balance of the side above it in blue. Southern Pacific Road Numbers SP 67320/67345 These 56 general service tank cars are black with white lettering and run on Barber Roller Bearing trucks. This colorful scheme had the typical Baby Ruth logo on the right with the Curtiss president s signature. Several Curtiss candies are advertised on this car, including Butterfinger. BABY RUTH SERIES CAR #6 Ringling Bros. Heavyweight Series Hospital Car This 3-2 heavyweight observation car runs on 6-wheel passenger trucks and is decorated similar to some of Ringling Bros. real-life heavyweight advance cars. 2 Postcard Series- All Aboard This car is the fifth of nine releases in the Vintage Christmas Postcard Series. This modified 40 box car features vintage postcard artwork of three children pretending they are on a train on one side of the box car and a special postcard message from Micro-Trains on the other side. POSTCARD SERIES CAR #5 Western Maryland Road Number WM This 50 standard box car with double doors is painted brown with white lettering. Built in 1961 by Pullman Standard as part of series , the yellow band on the end panel and the circle R near the reporting marks indicate that the car is equipped with Roller Bearing trucks. # $23.95 # $27.60 Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Road Number CB&Q This 40 despatch stock car is painted red with white lettering and runs on Bettendorf trucks. 150 of these were built at the Galesburg, IL shop between 1937 and Some were seen, still in service and in their original paint, into the late 60 s. Southern Pacific Road Numbers 2638/2678 Southern Pacific Railroad diesel locomotive fleets saw a number of paint schemes over the life of the railroad. Best known of all was the more common Bloody Nose version of overall dark grey with bright red ends giving it that name. Built as part of series these hoppers carried the NYC shield on the right side of the cars in the 1950 s noting the joint venture between the two roads and remained in this scheme at least until 1968 when PRR and NYC merged forming Penn Central Railroad. Soo Line Road Numbers SOO 19180/19252 These 50 rib side box cars with plug doors and no roofwalk are painted white with red lettering and red door and run on Barber Roller Bearing trucks.
