2 New Products New house style and aging Documentation The Quick-Lock systems and products are now even easier to recognise thanks to the new house style, with dark green as the basic colour. In addition to green, four other distinctive colours are used for counications relating to the Quick-Lock product family. Quick-Lock Ceiling Systems for the standard range, Quick-Lock Insula for ceiling islands, Quick- Lock Omega for bandraster systems and Quick-Lock Cross-Lock for concealed ceilings. The product brochures for these systems are available on request. Insula Cable suspension A new feature is the adjustable cable suspension for ceiling islands. If the suspension is visible and there are high aesthetic demands, as with the Insula 76 and 86 systems, this slimline cable suspension may be used. By also placing cables diagonally, ceiling islands can be suspended in an extra stable manner. The cables are available in various dimensions and designs. The standard design is equipped with an impact plug for attachment to concrete. For more information, see page 32. Packaging The new aging ensures that the products can be more easily recognised. The number of coloured bands is an indication of the length of the profiles. There are two colour variations: Dark green - aging colour for all main beams and HE cross tees. Light green - aging colour for RE cross tees. Quick-Lock systems Quick-Lock -32 system To complete the Quick-Lock -32 range, in addition to the Quick-Lock - HE and RE systems there is now the Quick- Lock -32 system. The Quick-Lock -32 system is ideal for ceilings in which lighter ceiling tiles and fittings are used. The system consists of standard Quick-Lock - main beams and the new 32 high Quick- Lock -32 cross tees. These can be clearly recognised by their short boxes with light green printing. Information on the range and its scope of application is included in this catalogue. See table of contents. Wall connections Column rings The wall connection range has been supplemented with aluminium column rings finished in white. The rings are easy to adjust to the right size and can be attached to the column through the pre-punched holes. Rings are available for column diameters ranging from 135 to On request, different shapes such as ovals and rounded corners may be supplied.
