4 Installation advice The SPORTSLINE V sports hall ceiling essentially comprises two system components: the support profile with integrated factory-fitted clamping plates, and the SPORTSLINE V expanded metal cassette. The support profiles of the ceiling system are suspended from the rough ceiling at the selected center-to-center distance, though no more than 1,250 mm apart, so that they are rigid to compression, using compinta SPORTSLINE V [4/5] mercially available Nonius suspension devices supplied by the customer. The support rails can also be mounted on a secondary grid made of commercially available CD profiles. The cassette elements are then hung in the support rails, and the clamping plates are tightened with a maximum torque of 3.00 Nm. The suspension devices and any auxiliary substructures that may be required are not included with the product. Cotton gloves should be worn during installation in order to avoid dirt.
