2 Effective June 1st POLICIES FREIGHT POLICY Freight Paid Shipments EcoStar will pay freight on any order exceeding 30,000 lbs. or greater, but not exceeding 44,000 lbs. within the continental USA. For any truckload over 44,000 lbs., but less than 60,000 lbs., the difference in weight will be shipped via an LTL trucking company at the distributors expense. Any order less than 30,000 lbs. will be shipped by EcoStar to the destination and all freight charges will then be invoiced to the distributor. Freight Quotations Fuel Surcharges Upon request EcoStar will provide an ESTIMATE of potential freight charges. These ESTIMATES ARE BASED ON A VAN STYLE TRUCK and provided by the trucking company. For SHIPMENTS REQUIRING A FLATBED THE DISTRIBUTOR MUST REQUEST A FLATBED QUOTE. From time to time the trucking industry applies "fuel surcharges" to the cost of shipping. These fuel surcharges are passed along to the distributor on all orders, even full truck freight paid orders. MATERIAL RETURN POLICY Shipping Error Damaged Product Return Material Authorization EcoStar will provide a RMA number and pay the freight charges on any order that is shipped in error. This includes orders that shipped with the wrong color or the wrong product. Contact EcoStar customer service immediately and the problem will be resolved promptly. If upon unloading it is determined that product has been damaged, the distributor should immediately make notation on the shipping documents and notify EcoStar customer service. It is highly recommended that the product not be received until it has been inspected. For product that has been damaged so as not to be useable, an RMA number will be provided and replacement material shipped. Only stocking authorized distributors may return product and only within the following rules. All returns must be authorized by the division general manager. NO RETURN WILL BE RECEIVED WITHOUT THE PROPER RMA #! Returns will be authorized for full skid quantities only! Partial skids will not be accepted for return. Product must be in the original and resalable condition. Any product that does not meet this requirement will be denied credit. The distributor is responsible for the return freight to the warehouse designated by EcoStar. Credit will be issued less a 25% handling & restocking fee.
