FOB Points: Appleton, WI; Atlanta, GA; iddletown, PA; Cincinnati, OH; Kansas City, O; Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR. 3. Special make orders may not be cancelled once production begins and are not returnable. 4. Freight Allowance: >4,000 lbs. per day full freight allowed in the continental United States, <4,000 lbs. per day $200 freight charge in the continental United States. Drop shipments subject to $200 drop ship charge. 5. Any daily orders that include only a non-paper item (i.e. Fanapart) will incur a $50 fee. 6. Title passes to customer when the carrier receives goods at shipping point. 7. Standard drop shipments for stock items are a minimum of one full pallet per item % restocking fee on returned stock product(s) in saleable condition within one year ( months) of invoice date. Product(s) must be in original package/carton. No broken cartons will be accepted for return/credit. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Formula for determining price per sheets: Weight x Price 100 Basis Weight: 17 x 22/500 sheets except for tag grades which are 24 x 36/500 sheets.
