2 FITTINGS THAT FIT! Conditions of Sales ORDERING INFORMATION: As a manufacturer, we sell only in full sack quantities. The sizes of all FTF fittings are shown using the outside diameter (O.D.) of the pipe on which they fit. It will greatly speed up your order if you will specify the pipe O.D. size for each fitting ordered. All orders are subject to a minimum charge of $50.00 except for additions to orders previously placed. TERMS: All Fittings that Fit prices are F.O.B. Covina, California, due and payable net 30 days from the date of shipment. A cash discount of 2% will be allowed for those invoices paid within 10 days from the date of shipment. Interest may be charged at a rate of 2% per month on all invoices still unpaid after 30 days from date of shipment arrival. There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned checks. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING MATERIAL: Prior authorization must be obtained before any material is returned. All inquiries, requesting permission to return, should be addressed to Customer Service at our Covina address, giving full details, including: 1. Complete reason for the request to return material. 2. Quantity, items, size and present condition. 3. Our invoice number and date. 4. A 10% handling and restocking charge may be applicable on all returns. Customers are reminded that our goods are offered for sale only subject to agreed conditions of sale which provide that the customer must inspect and count all goods within 48 hours and report all claims within 5 days after receipt of order. In instances where we may have made an error in filling your order, there will be no question of authorization and we will absorb transportation expense. However, the 5-day rule is still applicable.
