11 Aeronautic Client: Airbus France Project: A350 XWB 900 CFI (Centre Fuselage Integration) Within this project, Assystem Romania s specialists handle the design of the airframe (metal parts and composite parts), directly on to the 3D mockup of the airship. Client: Airbus France/Aerolia Project: A350 XWB 900 CFI & LS (Center Fuselage Integration / Lower Shell) Assystem Romania s teams design the support and clamping elements for mounting the equipment into the airplane (metal parts and composite parts), directly on to the 3D mockup of the airship. Client: Airbus France Project: A380 / Long Range Assystem Romania creates the blueprints for cables and electrical equipment employed by the production teams on Airbus assembly line. 11

12 Automotive Client: RENAULT Architecture Department Project: Architecture and design of assembly systems for Dacia vehicles Within this project, Assystem Romania s teams are responsible for validating the architectural soundness and assemblage viability of components for Dacia-Renault vehicles. Client: RENAULT Electric Department Project: The design of electric cables for Dacia vehicles For this project, Assystem Romania s teams are responsible with drafting the studies for the electric system and cable routing for vehicles. Client: RENAULT Engine Equipment Department Project: Developing chassis parts and components for all types of Logan vehicles Assystem Romania s teams are involved in each stage of the design process, contributing successfully to the studies required for the vehicles development. 12

13 Embedded Systems Client: Renault Project: Incorporated auto systems Assystem Romania s teams develop and validate the IT modules for the vehicles onboard computers (ABS module, Automatic Cruise Control module, Steering Column Lock module, Climate Control module, Power Steering module, Parking Assistance module, Air bag control module, variable damping ). These modules are subsequently programmed in the vehicles on-board computers or in the vehicles various test benches. Client: Daimler Project: ECU testing (Engine Control Unit) through Hardware in the loop (HIL) simulation Through ECU testing, Assystem Romania s teams develop the virtual Test Drive before the testing of a real vehicle. Client: Alstom Project: The command and control computer for the traction and braking systems Assystem Romania s teams participate in the development and testing of the software integrated in the command and control computer of traction and braking systems for various Alstom means of railway transport (speed trains, subways, trams ). 13

14 Energy industry Client: ITER Engage F4E Project: ITER International thermonuclear experimental reactor research project in the field of nuclear fusion Within the ITER project, Cadarache, France, Assystem Romania s engineers participate in drafting civil construction plans, the preliminary design of buildings, of ventilation, piping and electrical systems, as well as in the mechanical design of components for the Tokamak reactor. Client: AREVA Project: OL3 nuclear plant in Finland Assystem Romania s high quality services ensured the smooth supervision of the ventilation system s installation, as well as the installation of the piping system, the instrumentation and control system and the electric system of the nuclear plant. Client: Leader in gas turbines Project: Gas turbines for 60 MW to 400 MW power plants Assystem Romania s specialists draft the operational and maintenance manuals specific to gas turbines which are to be provided to the exploitation teams working on the production site. 14

15 Infrastructure Engineering Clients: SSEM, SCHNEIDER & ALSTOM Project: Design of greenfield substations HV/MV and MV/LV More than 10 Substations & Buildings design all disciplines (Architecture, Civil & Structural, Electrical, Mechanical) with CAD Tools : AutoCAD, Bentley Substation, AECOsim, STAAD.Pro for KSA Projects and South America Projects Client: METSO Minerals France Project: Services for the mining industry (extraction, aggregate production, ) For METSO Minerals France, Assystem Romania s teams participate all the way from the design phase to drafting the execution plans for crushers, screeners, grinders and transport equipment. 15 Client: RENAULT Project: Construction of a factory terminal and ro-ro terminal for Port Tanger Med Budget 1 billion, including 400 million for buildings. 300,000 m² of buildings (industrial and tertiary) covering 280 ha.
