IDENTIFICATION OF THE TEST OBJECT The customer has stated that the designation for the isolating matting is the following: - Isolating matting AD3-XX/30C The customer has provided three tests objects of 1000 x 1000 mm for the execution of the tests. 2. TESTS PERFORMED. STANDARD The following tests have been performed: Dielectric tests o Proof test o Withstand test Tests have been performed according to: - IEC 61111:2009, Live working-electrical insulating matting REPORT Nº B26-14-CW-01E PAGE 3 / 6

4 3. VOLTAGE PROOF TEST 3.1. Test piece - Three test pieces of 1000 mm x 1000 mm. The dimensions of the used electrodes are 800 mm x 800 mm and so, tested pieces and electrodes fulfil with the required clearance distances of Table 3 of the standard Test description Electrical insulating mattings are conditioned for moisture absorption by total immersion in a bath of tap water with a resistivity of (100± 15) Ωm at room temperature for a period of 16 h ± 0,5 h. After the conditioning they shall be wiped dry and immediately submitted to the dielectric test. Test voltage is raised at 1000 V/s until 30 kv and maintained at this value for 3 min. The test period is considered to start at the instant that the specified voltage is reached. The test is considered as passed if the specified test voltage is reached and maintained for 3 min without the occurrence of disruptive discharges or other electrical failure Result CORRECT. Neither disruptive discharges nor electrical failure occurred during the test of the three test pieces. REPORT Nº B26-14-CW-01E PAGE 4 / 6

5 4. VOLTAGE WITHSTAND TEST 4.1. Test pieces - Three test pieces of 150 mm x 150 mm taken from each of the previous three test pieces. Test pieces are identified in the following way: Matting number Test pieces identification Test description The metallic electrodes specified in the standard have been used and whole the arrangement is immersed in an insulating liquid in order to avoid flashovers (transformer oil). The test voltage is raised at 1000 V/s until 40 kv and then is reduced at a constant rate to approximately half value before and then the test circuit is opened.
