Delivery After receipt of the order and the completed "technical order addendum", an average delivery time of 4 weeks is to be considered. Information Our compressors are intended for a room temperature of 30 maximum. For higher temperature, please consult us. For a room temperature up to 40, please use the option tropicalized compressor. Installation recommendations The equipment must be installed in an area with normal ventilation (< 70% relative density). Where floor insulation is poor or there is no underfloor void, an insulating floor-covering (BF type) is recommended (BF type). 3 BFA - BF The advantages The Regulation advantages A BONGARD patent Proofing by 3 adjustable steps or constant temperature raising degree by degree (Bongard patent) with stabilisation time at each degree (slow proofing process). This assures an homogeneous warming up, even at the core of the bread thus no thermal shock and limited condensation. The safety advantages Lithium cell for guaranteed longevity (10 years) No change in the program during use Permanent control by digital display of programmed baking time, actual day and actual local time ontrol of settings possible after cycle is started Memory of program in the case of power failure (brown out) (as soon as power is back program continues like if there was no breakdown) The cold / hot and humidity advantages : Scratch dough version A same chamber allows an overall cycle retarding and proofing. In manual mode chamber can be temporarely used as a chiller. The evaporator advantages A powerful cooling unit fits each chamber, this prevents shrinning formation on the dough. The upright position of the evaporator is a real vertical space-saver, particularly in small bakeries The standard electronic panel advantages The computer advantage : runs a full cycle. The setting is very easy, craft skilled and reliable. A memorized program means, pre cooling, retarding, and proofing only day setting is needed. The ergonomics advantages (BF) Easy door locking made by magnets. Handle on total height of door. No risk of deterioration of locking system because no additional spacers are added (handle and door at same level). The assembling advantages Assembling is fast because everything is integrated, even the electrical connections are made with connectors.
