15 Summary 1) Small generator(10kw) could meet the required performance of a range extended electric vehicle if the car is used in the city. 2) In the case that the REEV should go to the near city sometimes, the optimal generator power is 15kW. 3) If want to use the REEV to go somewhere away from the city occasionally, it needs 23kW level generator power. 4) To use the REEV everywhere, every time, without any anxiety of battery recharging, must be operated with high power generator over than 30kW, and the car also should be on the level of lower than B-segment. But why? recommend to buy just highly efficient small IEC vehicle. 15
