6 Solar Power Plant 3D Video Design: 3D Visualization of the site gives you the detailed view of how the solar power plant will appear post-installation along with all the dimensional specifications of the building and solar structure. 7 Advanced Shadow Analysis: We map the site objectively with respect to the longest day of the year, in order to obtain the real-time simulated output as an affect of shadow over the building throughout the year. We get the irradiation data for particular location including irradiation, sun rise time and sun set time of the particular location. We analyse data of each day of each month. We find new peak sun hours for the particular site to prepare the final report. 7

8 Case study: One of our clients wanted to install solar power plant beside some buildings, where sunlight was not available throughout the day. We gave them advanced shadow analysis report, so that he could easily understand what will be the new ROI time for the solar plant. As shown in the graph, the comparative study indicates that power plant will produce on an average 15% less power than standard solar power plant. 8

12 Solar Power Plant SLD: Single Line Diagram systematically represents the intricate electrical connections of the solar panels, inverter, MPPT, etc. We consider the DC/AC ratio, number of earthing, number of LA and number of AC-DC box. This is solely dedicated to provide the technical peculiarities in detail for the EPC team to execute the electrical connections with precision. 12

13 PV & Cable Layout: Detailed power generation report is composed after considering various parameters like wind speed, average temperature, soil reports, efficiency of inverter, length of DC/AC cables. The resultant Graph of power generation can effectively tell the ROI time. Our Cable scheduling layout design estimates the perfect required length of DC / AC cables. No need to carry extra material on the site. Such small savings can leave a bigger impact. 13

14 Robust Structure Design (including Wind Analysis): Axial Force and Shear Force (Major and Minor Axis) diagrams are made after we simulate the atmosphere in latest software like tekla and stadd-pro along with entire power plant structure using civil engineering concepts. We make sure our robust and accurate design use less material and give assurance of stability in any weather conditions. We test all the designs for the worst case scenario (e.g. wind speed 180 km/h) and give exact BOM for the whole structure. 14

15 Earthing & LA Layout: To protect the solar power plant from lightning and other electrostatic charges, proper earthing and Lightning arresters are key components. At the same time these components will add additional cost in power plant. We provide the perfect solution that can take care of the cost and the safety of solar power plant at the same time. 15
