12 M O D E L E 4 The Model E4 is a general purpose chilled mirror dew point hygrometer which provides optional temperature, relative humidity, and pressure measurements. Housed in a gasketed steel NEMA 12 enclosure, the E4 is resistant to the dust and moisture found in many industrial environments. The basic model, Hygro E4-DP, measures dew/frost point. Two additional models are available: the Hygro-E4-RH and the Hygro-E4-PR. Both have dual analog outputs, an assignable alarm relay and the option of one or two displays. The E4-RH measures dew point and temperature, and calculates %RH. All three parameters can be displayed or Model E4 output. The E4-PR measures dew point and pressure, and calculates ppmv, grains per pound, and other parameters. The Hygro E4 can be mated with any of General Eastern s five models of chilled mirror sensors to provide overall dew point measurement range of -80 C to +50 C (-112 F to +122 F). Every E4 is standardly equipped with PACER, General Eastern s patented circuitry for providing long, unattended operation with minimal cleaning.
