4 Fields of application in general Clean and safe workplaces increase the job satisfaction, reduce absence due to illness and lead to higher productivity with improved work results. Raziol designs and manufactures extractors according to the latest state of the art, which comply with all requirements concerning safety at work, environmental protection, the statutory limit values and the relevant guidelines. A multi-stage filtering process allows a filtration efficiency of > 99%. Mist refers to the smallest droplets in the air with up to a diameter of about 1 µm. Everything with a smaller diameter is considered vapour. Since aerosols are carriers of microorganisms and might be inhaled, emissions should be avoided in any case. Therefore, they have to be extracted at the point of origin. 4
