9 All Basic Engine Features: Remanufactured cylinder block, cylinder heads, crankshaft, connecting rods and oil pumps. New piston rings, liners, bearings, bushings, gaskets and seals. All Remanufactured basic engines include push rods, rocker assemblies and cylinder head covers, and receive rigorous in-process inspections throughout the Remanufacturing process to ensure that performance and reliability standards are met. Note: E6, E7, E-TECH, ASET Oil Pans are positioned in the rear sump position and may require changing due to position and/or bosses required for some applications. MP7 and MP8 Oil Pans are positioned in the front sump position and may require changing due to position and/or bosses required for some applications. MP10 Oil Pans are positioned in the rear sump position and may require changing due to position and/or bosses required for some applications. E6 Application: All piston-cooled models, 672 cu. in., turbocharged, aftercooled and non-aftercooled. E6 REMACK Basic Engines configured for long drive fuel injection pump mounting includes the injection pump drive installed. E7 PLN, E-TECH and ASET Applications: All models 728 cu. in., turbocharged and aftercooled. All REMACK E7 Basic Engines are supplied with the high volume oil pumps as standard. These oil pumps provide improved oil pressure to the Engine Valve Train Components. Other E-TECH and ASET Engine features: New style valve yokes with updated flanged jam nut design. Variable length push rod tubes with ceramic roller lifters Camshaft surface finish meets current OEM specifications. Rocker arm assemblies utilizing the direct oil feed adjusting screw. EUP roller tappets (included) with the updated roller profile. PLN refers to those engines built with in line fuel injection equipment. E-TECH refers to the engines built using the six individual Electronic Unit Pumps. CCRS refers to Current-Controlled Rate Shaping. This technology utilizes electrical current to control the rate of fuel injection. ASET refers to Application Specific Engine Technology. There are two types of ASET engines: Internal Exhaust Gas Recirculation or IEGR and Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation or CEGR. You may also hear these referred to as AI (IEGR) and AC (CEGR) engines. The P3 variation includes 732GB 3469MX Cylinder Heads with different Exhaust Springs and Rotors. They are ready for installation of Jacob s Stealth equipment. The P4 variation includes the 466GC499MX rocker assemblies. These engines are ready for installation of the J-TECH Engine Braking Components.

10 MP7 Applications: MP7 = 11 liters. The engines are designed with Electronic Unit Injectors, cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), and Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT). The design conforms to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. Remack MP7 Basic Engines come with remanufactured oil cooler and remanufactured unit injectors. MP8 Applications: MP8 = 13 liters. The engines are designed with Electronic Unit Injectors, cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), and Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT). The design conforms to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. REMACK MP8 Basic Engines come with remanufactured oil cooler and remanufactured unit injectors. MP10 Applications: MP10 = 16 liters. The engines are designed with Electronic Unit Injectors, cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), and Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT). The design conforms to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. REMACK MP10 Basic Engines come with remanufactured oil cooler and remanufactured unit injectors.
