1 Caterpillar C15 New Product Release July 2015 Expanded Engine Kit Coverage for Caterpillar On-Highway Truck Engine Applications Interstate-McBee is now stocking MCB Piston, which is a single-piece forged steel design and is for the Caterpillar C HP On-Highway Truck applications. The steel forging process adds strength and durability to the piston for high horsepower engines. The new RS Ring Set is also being released to accommodate this new piston. The new ring set incorporates some of the latest design technology including PVD plated top ring for superior wear resistance. The oil control ring is produced from steel for excellent conformability. This new piston and ring set can be found in the cylinder kits and engine kits for the ESN s listed below. This new kit contains all four bushings which are identification marked for proper positioning in the engine block and ease of installation.
