2 Dimovodni program Flue production line DIMOVODNI PROGRM Flue production line Toplinu potrebnu za zagrijavanje dobivamo izgaranjem krutog, tekućeg ili plinovitog goriva. Kod izgaranja bilo koje vrste goriva, javljaju se različiti neželjeni produkti izgaranja, koji su smjesa različitih plinovitih i krutih tvari. Uvriježeni naziv za produkte izgaranja je dim, koji na adekvatan način mora biti odveden. Za proces odvodnje dima koriste se različiti dimovodni elementi, koji spojeni u svrsishodnu cjelinu čine dimnjak. Prema načinu upotrebe dimovodni program u LIM-MONT-u podijeljen je u tri zasebne skupine i to; jednostjeni dimovodni elementi (za sanaciju dimnjaka), izolirani (troslojni) dimovodni elementi (za gradnju novih dimnjaka) i priključni elementi (za povezivanje peći s dimnjakom). 3 JEDNOSTJENI DIMOVODNI ELEMENTI Koriste se za sanaciju postojećih dimnjaka. Sanacija dimnjaka je potrebna u slučaju promjene ložišta (pojava kondenzacije), pogrešnog presjeka i oblika te oštećenja postojećeg dimnjaka. Jednostjeni dim. elementi su izrađeni iz nehrđajučeg čeličnog lima i kao takvi otporni su na kiseline koje nastaju pri kondenzaciji. Kod spajanja dim. elemenata koriste se gumene brtve i spojnice. Tako spojeni dim. elementi nepropusni su za vodu i dimne plinove. Kod nemogućnosti spajanja dim. elemenata sa spojnicom, koriste se drugi spojevi (spojevi s navojem). Elementi su relativno male mase, što im omogućava brzo zagrijavanje i postizanje radne temperature. Montaža dim. elemenata kod sanacije je vrlo jednostavna i vrši se sa krova, spuštajući elemente u otvor postojećeg dimnjaka pri čemu je potreba za građevinskim radovima unutar objekta svedena na minimum. Sve navedene karakteristike ukazuju da su jednostjeni dimovodni elementi najekonomičnija rješenja pri sanaciji postojećih dimnjaka. Used for relining of existing chimneys.
