3 BACKGROUND Childs merald Tyre Service has been a locally owned family business since 1992 Caan and JodieChilds took over the family business from Barry and Laurene Childs in 2010 The business has been successful for over 21 years and with a clear vision for the future, will continue in its success We also offer a service to pick up and drop off customers and vehicles to any location At Childs merald Tyre Service we provide tyre related services for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and heavy machinery Servicing heavy machinery such as loaders, graders, Moxy trucks, tractors, trucks, forklifts and Bobcats is our specialty While we do have a well proven system in place for customer appointments, we pride ourselves on our reputation for supporting the many walk in customers that we have Services we provide include: Wheel rotation Wheel balances Wheel alignments (passenger and 4WD vehicles)\ Strip and fits Pressure checks Puncture repairs PU fill Service call outs The experience and competency of the Childs merald Tyre Services service personnel ensure that all work is completed efficiently and consistent with the high expectations of our customers Written quote for business and private customers are not a problem for us either Childs merald Tyre Service has always been heavily involved in the community and sponsors a number of major community activities and events We are a major sponsor of merald Rams Rugby Union team as well as sponsoring: Wheeler Racing Local SS merald Karting Club MMA event in 2013

5 GOALS LONG TRM SHORT TRM While our vision is to see expansion beyond the Central Highlands area, our model of efficient and personal customer service will always be at the heart of our operations We are focussing heavily on the development and construction of our new Truck Workshop This brand new, purpose built facility will cater for all of our customers with trucks and heavy earthmoving machinery in a convenient and easily accessible location To us, every employee brings something unique to our business and each customer is an individual who requires our utmost attention Relocating all trucks and heavy machinery out to the new facility not only ensures the safety of our employees and customers but will allow us to increase our service capacity for passenger and 4WD vehicles at our present location Within the current economic environment, Childs merald Tyre Service intends to remain competitive in our goal to be the leading tyre dealership and service centre within the Central Highlands area
