1 GOODYEAR AUTOCARE Dalby and Kingaroy BUSINESS CAPABILITY STATEMENT The Dalby branch of the national GOODYEAR AUTOCARE network provides underbody automotive maintenance tyre supply, fitting and alignments, exhaust systems, suspension, brakes, steering systems and vehicle logbook servicing for light vehicles and tyre supply, fitting and repairs for heavy vehicles and smaller earthmoving machines. GOODYEAR AUTOCARE provides dedicated service levels and advice to minimise costs and maximise efficiency in programed maintenance and breakdown services. This includes a mobile fleet to service vehicles for on-site service in the Surat Basin and South Burnett. CAPABILITIES INCLUDE: Latest diagnostic equipment and vast technical backup to address virtually all automotive tyre and underbody problems and issues National billing system for the convenience of larger clients Professional, qualified team able to work on vehicles in the workshop and on site. Ongoing training ensures staff has the most up to date knowledge and diagnostic tools Quick response service package for large clients. This includes a dedicated account manager support The supply of tyres and related products ranging from mower tyres to earthmover tyres (large grader, loaders or moxy), including car, 4 wheel drive, truck and agricultural tyres Servicing and repairing of tyres including general maintenance Scheduled servicing of cars, 4 wheel drives and light trucks Replacement of and repairs to brake, exhaust and suspension systems (available Dalby only) Proven track record of supply and service since 1999 PRODUCTS AND SERVICES We supply products of the best quality available. Good Year product has proven itself reliable and excellent value for money, however we also supply a variety of other brands depending on the customer s requirements Two fully equipped service vehicles in each store with trained staff enable 24/7 field or on-site service Geographically we cover an area from Kilkivan / Goomeri in the north to Cecil Plains in the south, Jondaryan in the east and the Condamine, Miles and Wandoan areas in the west We also supply quality mechanical products with Bendix, TRW and ADB brake parts, Monroe suspension parts and Valvoline oils We are a local business able to supply timely service to all customers in the Surat Basin, Darling Downs and South Burnett

2 As a highly professional company we guarantee our products and services OUR APPROACH TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT DELIVERS: An understanding of the value of our customers time All scheduled work is booked in ensuring a minimum of delay Customers are sent a SMS alert when their vehicle is ready An understanding that sometimes life happens and booking in is not possible. For shop work we usually have the staff available to service customers needs with a minimum of delay. In a field service situation we give the customer a reasonable idea of when we will arrive. WORKSHOP EQUIPMENT A commitment to ongoing technology ensures we have up to date workshop equipment and software Four fully equipped service vehicles are available 24/7 Each shop is set up to handle fitting of and repairs to most tyres as well as both two wheel and four wheel alignments. In addition, the Dalby shop has modern equipment to carry out our specified range of servicing, brake and suspension and underbody repairs in-store. TECHNOLOGY The company s computer system is based on tyre industry specific software. We are able to: track work done to specific vehicles produce reports on a number of criteria including the life of tyres on a particular vehicle schedule work so that down time is kept to a minimum send SMS messages to advise appointments, completion of work, etc keep track of the fastest moving stock lines set up any customers account to their requirements (eg mandatory purchase orders) directly invoices, credit notes and statements as well as produce a hard copy. saves both our customers accounts payable sections and us a great deal of time as invoices are delivered immediately.
