Starting out with just one truck in 1985, Joe Refalo commenced in hourly hire construction work and also cartage of quarry products. Charlie Refalo joined Joe in 1986 and by 1988 Jeffsann was formed.

Established in 1988, Jeffsann has built a strong and committed reputation for providing an efficient and reliable service throughout the Construction Industry. Starting out with just one truck in 1985, Joe Refalo commenced in hourly hire construction work and also cartage of quarry products. Charlie Refalo joined Joe in 1986 and by 1988 Jeffsann was formed. Since then the company has grown to three Directors, 55 employees with an extensive fleet of machinery. We are able to complete small to large projects including demolition, bulk earthworks, detail earthworks, car parks, road works etc. The last 20 years has seen the company expand its contracting side. Major projects have been successfully completed and regular clients have been obtained. ADCO Constructions, Baylin Industries, Daracon Group, FDC Building & Construction, Grindley Constructions, Taylor Constructions and Vaughan Constructions are a few of our regular clients. Specialising in industrial sites we have the equipment and personnel to complete your project! From project assessment to project completion, staff members are on call 24 hours to effectively manage your project. Jeffsann Excavations is licensed to carry out both Asbestos Removal and Demolition, combined with our extensive earthworks and heavy haulage experience, makes our company the right choice for your next project.

5 HEAVY HAULAGE Jeffsann haulage provide an up to date fleet of truck & dog combinations, fitted with two way radio s, which provide easy tracking and clear communication between trucks and sites. The trucks are all fitted with electric load covers, provide a safe, efficient way to have all loads covered to meet strict EPA Council and WHS regulations on load covering. Trucks are fitted with reverse cameras and squawkers, which provide drivers with a eye in back of their head whilst reversing and the squawker keeps the ground staff and other people safe whilst the truck is reversing. We are able to offer both contract cartage and hourly hire services, to best suit your requirements. WATER CARTS Jeffsann s modern fleet of water carts are fitted with various sprayers such as road washers, batter sprays, fire hoses and cannons. Hydraulically powered water pumps provide a varying range of pressure and flow settings to cater for any requirements. Trucks are fitted with reverse cameras and squawkers. Our Water Carts can be used for a range of activities and as they vary in size we can usually accommodate most requests including: Dust control on construction sites; our water trucks have side, front & rear sprayers to cover a large area. Washing of roads. Watering of plants & grass along roadsides or in parks & newly planted areas. Corporate Events & Festivals; to fill water barricades or provide water for catering & cleaning. Large pool fills for public or private use. Can be filled from either Mains Water via standpipe or overhead bulk fill from alternate water source. Practically any situation and location that requires water but does not have access to a water source, our water trucks can be utilised. Our quality water trucks are professionally maintained and serviced and are available for short or long term hire.

Equipped with GPS equipment, the need for survey pegs and set out is streamlined to expedite the works. Each team is equipped with survey rovers to allow instant location of both horizontal and vertical set out. The majority of our equipment is fitted with GPS systems. ASBESTOS REMOVAL Our competent and skilled team of Asbestos Removalists can remove and dispose of asbestos containing material from your job site. Our truck fleet is licensed with the EPA to transport contaminated waste.
