9 Post Rollout Survey (430 residents surveyed 228 web/202 phone) Key topics addressed How residents first learned about Curb It The effectiveness of Curb It outreach Satisfaction with trash collection Satisfaction with recycling services Interest in future recycling programs Outreach Boise did an outstanding job informing residents of the changes in the trash and recycling services. Trash Service New services in 2010 had a significant positive impact on quality of service ratings continuing a trend of improvements. 9

10 Trash Service: People feel the new Curb It service is much better than the old trash collection service. Quality of Recycling: The quality of recyclingservice has increased significantly. Recycling Service The Curb It recycling program shows an even larger improvement in service than trash. Over two thirds (67%) say Curb It is much better. 10

11 Frequency of Recycling The improvement in service is having a dramatic effect on how much the citizens of Boise recycle.
