2 Who We Are KVS Transportation provides businesses with unmatched transportation solutions. We offer experienced drivers and a complete line of transportation equipment, including vacuum trucks, crude oil tankers, roll-off equipment, flatbeds and more. 3 Operating since 1975, KVS s core business serves customers in the oilfield services industry. We haul liquid oilfield products such as oil, water, drilling mud and miscellaneous fluids to assist drilling and production rigs. Water hauling makes up a large proportion of our fluids hauling business. We continue to grow to accommodate increasing demand for our services and now transport products and materials for the environmental and food industries as well as the oil and gas industry. As a fully-licensed hazardous waste hauler in multiple states (including ICC Authority, state fuel permits and hazardous waste permits), KVS maintains one of the most comprehensive fleets of vacuum trucks in the United States. Our equipment ranges from 3,000-gallon bobtails to 6,000-gallon stainless steel semi-trailers. KVS Transportation is a subsidiary of C&J Energy Services, a leading provider of well construction, well completions and well services to the oil and gas industry.

7 Our Equipment Our primary facility in Bakersfield, California is home to our extensive transportation fleet. Hundreds of power units, trailers and other equipment is kept on call and ready to roll out at a moment's notice. 9 ROLL-OFF EQUIPMENT We have an extensive line of roll-off equipment which includes semi roll-off trailers, truck-mount roll-off and pull trailers, and roll-off containers ranging in size from 12 yards to 40 yards. This equipment effectively handles solid and semi-solid waste streams including contaminated soil, sludge and debris. 10 Investing in Our People and Our Fleet FLEET MAINTENANCE KVS operates a full-service, onsite maintenance facility. Our in-house mechanics service the fleet and related equipment and our field mechanics provide routine field maintenance with fully equipped service trucks. We also have a fleet replacement program that includes regular equipment reviews to ensure maximum reliability of the fleet. EMPLOYEE SAFETY KVS is recognized as a leader in the California oil and gas industry for our safety programs and for fostering a safety culture throughout all levels of the organization. Active employee participation in behavior-based safety and hazard recognition programs are key factors in the safety success we have achieved. The combination of these factors makes KVS unique in the transportation industry. DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM KVS maintains a full-time professional safety and training staff. All driver training is presented in-house and customized to our requirements. The individual components of our training program undergo regular review to ensure they meet current operational needs and are compliant with applicable codes and regulations. All drivers are required to participate in ongoing training to refresh their skills and maintain knowledge of current regulatory requirements.
