SHOW SOME CUSTOMER LOVE This upcoming week is Valentine s day and so what better time to show our customers some extra love. It s so important that we are practicing the 5-for-5 process and go out of our way to help educate customers. As an organization our number one goal is always to educate customers about their vehicles and partner with them on sensible solutions. As you know, by doing this we earn a customer for life. So, this week let s embrace taking the time to bring customers out to their vehicle and explain what is going on, just as you would to a close friend or family member. There s truly no better time to explain to customers the benefit of preventative maintenance and how when you show your vehicle a little love, it will love you back!
