5 BASIC STRUCTURE Heavy Duty Cutting CNC Turning Cetner L700LMA FEM Structure Interpretation L600/700 Series bed designed by Finite Element Method (FEM) technique has an integrated bed with 45 gradient applied for powerful cutting and process precision, and well absorbs vibration ensuring stable processing. Forwarding System Thru Servo Motor Each axis has its ball screw directly connected to a highly reliable digital servo motor, and ensures its forwarding precision. Box Guide Way for All Axes L600/700 Series applies box guide, which shows maximum performance when forwarding large size equipment. Especially its repeated positioning implements 0.001mm, which ensures excellent accuracy.

6 HYUNDAI WIA MACHINE TOOL 4 5 Spindle Geared Head Spindle I n order to ensure excellent stability even in powerful heavy cutting, a double array cylinder roller bearing of P4 class and angular bearing are reasonably composed. Bearing assembly of spindle and head stock are fabricated with high precision, which maintains constant accuracy even in longer period of use. In order to avoid release of prepressure of spindle bearing due to stopandrun, heavy cutting and movement of chuck cylinder and tension of belt pulley, a double blocking system is applied to separate spindle bearing from pulley. C axis Control "M" Type that rotating tools can be attached among L600/700 Series, its spindle has a function of standard Caxis control, applied which enables processing of a variety of processing configurations. 7 TURRET Milling Turret ("M" TYPE) Big size of 12station BMT turret is installed, which enables even higher accuracy milling with the same chucking. All turret operation is controlled by a high torque servo motor, and turret split is possible in both direction within 0.4 second per turret face.
