The crate separately contains : n.2 columns,the wound curtain,the canopy and n.1 cardboard box with the control board and accessories. The canopy unit is composed of the canopy itself,the drive unit,the motor cover. If there is a counterweight,one of the two columns is double : the column itself and the cover sheltering the counterweight running sales@indupart.co.uk 3

6 Column Preassembling and Door Lifting 1. The upper and lower column base plates are bolted on the same side when delivered. 2. Unbolt one of the two column base plate and put it on the column opposite side. 3. Bolt it on the column opposite side. Put first columns and fix them. Lift and put the canopy and fix it. Check if columns are vertical and the canopy is horizontal by means of a bubble level. Check the two diagonals : they must be equal sales@indupart.co.uk

11 Terminal box Ring Brake Brake releasing devices Manualopen Easy is an override device made of an handle,a tube,a ring,a brake releasing device and a motor safety switch. When the handle is wound,in the same time the handle must be pulled down. Consequently Manualopen switches the power off to the motor,releases the brake and lifts manually the curtain up (or down). When the handle is released automatically the brake is put on again. When not used the tube and the handle can be removed. Only for very high door the tube can be kept in position by some brackets. 14 BELTS ON THE MOTOR SIDE BELTS ON THE SIDE OPPOSITE TO THE MOTOR 1. Steel plate to hang the curtain by means of upper long bolts. Upper long bolts are placed along the upper stiffener. 2. 15 1. Check the belt fixing on the roller (see the previous page). 2. Move the curtain up and down using contactors T1 or T2. 3.Lift the curtain up. 4. Check the belt winding. Belts must wind on the roller as shown in the right part of the below shown figure. 5. By using long bolts put on the upper stiffener hang the curtain under the appropriate steel plates fixed to the canopy. 6. Close the door. 7. Adjust limit switches Roller 2. 19 There are two predrilled holes one per column- in the lower part of the column. Insert the cable through the predrilled hole and fix the photocell. 20 Receiver Brown White Transmitter Black Control Blue Yellow Red The safety edge transmitter is already connected to the resistive pressure sensitive strip. The receiver can be installed inside or outside of the control board box. The receiver must be connected to the control cad as above shown by the table by means of a cable 4 x 0.5 mm. Both receiver and transmitter are set before delivery. In case of an eventual set,push the button PROG on the receiver till one beep sounds and LED B1 lights on. Within 5 seconds push the button PROG on the transmitter. Within 8 seconds two beeps on the receiver sounds. Then the LED B1 switches off and the LED B2 switches on. Safety Edge sales@indupart.co.uk

24 OPERATING MODE DIP SWITCH 1 ON DIP SWITCH 2 OFF Operating mode with closing timer. The door opens,stands open and after a certain time automatically closes. The opening push button always opens. If,for instance,the door is closing and the opening push button is pushed the door stops and opens again. DIP SWITCH ON DESABLES SAFETY EDGE DIP SWITCH 1 OFF DIP SWITCH 2 ON Operating mode without closing timer. The door opens and stands open. To close it,it must push the green push button again. The opening push button one time opens and the time after closes. If the door is opening and the opening push button is pushed the door stops. Pushing it again the door closes. DWELL TIME DIP SWITCH 5 ON To adjust the dwell time,i.e. the time when the door stands open before closing automatically (of course the operating mode must be with closing timer). 1. Switch DIP Switch 5 ON. 2. Push the opening push button. 3. The door opens and stands open. 4. Count the seconds you wish as dwell time. 5. Push again the opening push button. 6. The door closes. 7.
